Very disappointed with the customer service received from Lincoln in the service department! I did arrive a few minutes late and it seems like passive aggressive from service rep. I have experience working in same field I understand all issues that can present itself and I would always do what I could for all customers. Not once did I ever out loud contemplated in front of the customer "now I will have to see if the technician can work on your vehicle because you were late to your appointment" Seriously!? For an oil change that takes 10 minutes and another 10 minutes for a tire rotation, if that (didn't ask for them to balance tires) Unacceptable! I have purchase 2 trucks with Dodge Elk Grove in the past couple of years and always serviced here and will no longer come to this location.

I bought a car a few months ago, they are very unprofessional people and don’t understand how to get things done right the first time. It’s been a headache trying to go back and forth with the staff, it’s as if they don’t even want to do the work. Very disappointed and won’t be doing business with them again

Horrible service! Steer clear of this dealership. The entire "service" department is always so busy eating and talking amongst themselves, that they will not acknowledge your presence without being called out. I have never been treated so poorly after making such a large purchase.

Said a new key for my Fiat 500 would cost $150 and $70 something for labor. I towed my car into their shop and all of a sudden they charged me $680. Terrible service! They lied to me over the phone knowing that I wouldn't tow it from there.

When we did the search for Fiat hybrid and electric cars, this location popped up. When we got there we were told they had them last week, month etc. Not impressed.

Horrible service could not get some one to help us then when they came they bounced us from person to person taking for ever was there for like 2 hours before we decided to leave do to horrible service and not being help worst place to go look for a car

They told me it would take an hour and a half, and they were done in 30 minutes! I was so happy with the service!

Too busy to sell me a car. I told them that I was local and they told me to come back on weekday because they were too busy. I was trying to buy a brand new Wrangler and would prefer to buy on the weekend since, like most people, I work on weekdays.
This incident in on top of trying to schedule recall work previously and their inability to respond to my request for an appointment.

Located in the now very well known Elk Grove Auto Mall, this is definitely my favorite Auto Dealer by far. They have a huge inventory of all the new SRT line of vehicles including the newest addition the 2018 Dodge Durango 392. If your interested in purchasing something from the SRT line of motors then I'd definitely think about checking them out. They also have a good selection of Ram trucks and also base model Dodgez, Chryslers, and Jeeps if your just looking for a newer commuter vehicle.

Don't got a single bad thing to say, i had agreat experience. The person I work with in buying my car, was totally awesome they should give him a raise. No hassles and smooth experience. I would totally recommend them, and have to a few people already.
