I went to the Elk Grove dealership just to see if they had any Jeep Cherokee's marked down before the 2019 vehicles arrived. Salesman Rafik Elmakareh greeted me and said he had the perfect Jeep for me, he was right! My overall experience from start to finish was amazing. Rafik went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process and made sure that I was comfortable with my decision, I will definitely be coming back here as well as recommending them to friends and family.

Sale man Phil is an amazing person. I bought a truck from him within 10 minutes. He never play games with you. No waist anyone's time. It makes the truck purchasing to be a wonderful experience.

I have to give them 1 star if they have options less then they will get worse dealership I seen I my life rode peoples work there and lots off employees just running around don't go there if you call them they say something else and when you go there totally change

It was weird. Sales guy abandoned me after running inside " for just a minute". He was outside checking out some other car with other employees. Seemed to be just hang'n around.

I felt a high level of respect and went on a nice test drive in a 2017 Chrysler 300, car drove smoothly

Had a guy named Joshua Martinez do some side work for me on my Mercedes water pump not only did he not do the job right he pulled up speeding to my house I looked past the speeding thought he was in a hurry well turns out he sells meth head tried selling it to my kid stay clear of that guy Joshua Martinez bad news.

Victor is awesome! He worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted, jumping through hoops for us! No pressure, stayed with us the entire time and made sure we were happy with our vehicle.

I live 5 hours away but, my husband was travelling thru the area and herd their advertisement on a truck sale they were having. I called to verify the advertisement and was pleasantly surprised that the sale was real. I talk to the sales department and got all set up with a deal on the exact truck I wanted. I drove the 5 hours and was in and out with the purchase in record time. They were great and I would return to buy there again when I am in need of another vehicle, Well worth the drive.

We had a small hiccup when my husband and I brought my mom here to buy a Jeep, but Gordon Williams was quick to fix it for my mom. He made sure to get the matter resolved as quick as possible for her. And everyone was incredibly apologetic and understanding. Nangi Sawe took care of us for paperwork. Nangi is very professional and caring. He made the paperwork process comfortable and smooth. One of the the reason we drove all the way out to Elk Grove Dodge was for their pro veteran advertisement. This dealership is definitely pro military and veteran as they advertise. My mom served a lot of years in the Air Force and is a veteran’s wife. They shotgunned my credit after they decided the deal was probably not going to work. The salesman wouldn't even return my calls after he promised to work something out. I wish I'd would've never called them and I wouldn't recommend anyone to trust working with them.

I had a 9 am appointment, because my seat belt was broken. At 3pm they told me my seat belt was broken and the warranty department is now closed. Needless to say. I still have a broken seat belt and unfortunately I have to go back for the replacement

Horrible service department when it comes to getting the work done right in a timely fashion. Also Dodge isnt too knowledgeable about dodge cars.

At least they get it done, 6 hour wait is standard wait time here. Definitely make an appointment, express isn't really quicker at all.

I purchase at least two vehicles per year for myself and multiple vehicles for my company and I will definitely keep this dealership in mind for my future purchases.

Bought 2 vehicles from them and have experienced great customer service and the urge to get me what I wanted. Did all they could for me with just what i had to offer! Not all Dodge dealers are like this! I tried going to a closer dodge for my 3nd vehicle and ended up driving an hour and a half just for this place bc the other please did not do what they do.
