29I love the Roseville Exotic Enterprise Rental location. They always do me right! I had a problem on this last trip and the supervisor took care of everything! They make things easy and effortless!
The rental experience was very easy and accommodating. Alex displayed excellent customer service and showed empathy to the customer’s requirements.
While Enterprise, as a company, has low inventory sue to selling off much of their inventory and making it extremely difficult to fulfill the reservation I secured months ago, the Roseville staff went the extra mile for us. They were friendly and professional. We appreciate their helpfulness and positive attitude. And, our vehicle was clean which was reassuring during this challenging time of COVID.
I rented a BMW 530 to take a vacation up to Oregon. I was going to get a
Tahoe instead. But, my friend didn't come so I got something Sporty. The
BMW had over 32,000 miles on it. Nice looking. But I think Toooo many miles. For a $200 plus a day vehicle The brakes starting fluttering when I got up in the Oregon Mountains and back which made it not as fun. I let the attendant know when I came back. He said he was going to get Goodyear
to look at it. I just think that's too many miles for that cost. KMWien
We had trouble with rental of a vehicle for our son to use on a trip he was taking with friends. Even though Enterprise rents to individuals under 25 they do have a additional fee for that rental. In addition that individual if they do not have a credit card must have an additional $200 available balance on their debit card for a deposit. We ended up switching cars with my son and we took the rental. After having the rental for 2 days realized that the car had not been cleaned thoroughly there was still trash in the vehicle. In addition the car went out needing an oil change and someone had shoved under the hood a bottle to hold the front headlight in place. The good news is that when I brought these to the attention of Enterprise when I returned they were more than happy to take care of the inconvenience of them not doing their job properly. I would return to Enterprise. Personally I'm not sure I would return to this location just because it's very far away from home or work. This location also has a classic car collection that can be rented.
The service wasn't good. I needed a rental while our car was in the shop. I dropped off the car hours before I was due to return it and let them know I'd come back shortly with my car to get some bulky items from the rental. When I came back before check out time, they told me they checked me out and that I'd need to go through the hassle of filing a lost and found report for my personal items.
Had a reservation for Dec 29,2020. Showed up, they didn't have a car available. Told them I didn't need 4wd or even the small SUV I had reserved, I just needed a vehicle. Waited about 1hr, to be offered a car with existing damage, but had to go back to work. Called after work, was assured a car was available. Waited another 20 mins, was offered a truck at additional cost. I declined, and only then the rate was adjusted but no apology or concession was made. I did let a manager know upon return.
Taylor was amazing! She assisted with an issue I had on my account with them. So glad I was able to get a rental from them after all! Thank you Taylor and Adrian for all of your help!
This was one of the worst experiences ever. On top of the beginning issues, I got charged a cleaning fee for something that had nothing to do with my use of the rental. Upon arriving for my rental, it took an extra 30 minutes going back and forth. Because they claimed they did not have the paperwork for my insurance, which was handled prior to the day of pick up. Following picking up the car, the car smelled heavily of cigarettes, I had the car for 2 weeks and it never aired out. It smelt awful. Upon returning, I was charged a service fee, “because there was ash in the center console” yet I am a NON smoker and there is evidence in pictures and in video complaining about the smell. Not a happy experience
Was told everything was paid for by future Ford, and that I would be able to have a rental for the day when my truck was being worked on. Enterprise wouldn't let me have a rental and wouldn't even let my parents sign off on. So had to get a ride to work, and uber home. Ridiculous!
We use this this place for our company rentals. They are ok, their cars are pretty new and mostly well maintained. Convenient location close to the freeway. Always seem to be busy.
Enterprise has consistently had knowledgeable and courteous reps that never disappoint! Rental cars are always clean and ready to go. Thank you, Enterprise! My last rental did not disappoint either! Kathy
There’s a reason I always go back to enterprise. Aside from always being friendly, they are the only rental car company that has an easy solution for using a debit card for the rental and I never end up with surprise fees at the end. Highly recommend!
I had the best experience at Enterprise. I was in and out and the Enterprise member was very friendly and cared for my trip. Having a quick service is specially important to me due to my schedule. I really enjoy using this location for my travel experiences.
Enterprise does a lot of business at this location and they get you in-and-out fairly efficiently. There is constant turnover so it's usually a new person that helps me. The company claims to treat clients like "family in a very corporate world" and I am not sure they meet that claim at the Roseville location. Patrick McGriff who is now the general manager was great when he managed that spot. No clue who took over his job after he left.
They made sure that everything was ready when I arrived so I never had to wait and being a mother and caring for my mother I really appreciated the quick service.
Very pleased with the service at this location. I needed to pick up my reserved car a couple of hours early and they were very accommodating.no issues picking up or returning. Always a pleasant experience. Thanks!
Need more helpful employees like Taylor at Roseville, CA store & better coordination with CarMax as to return times & charges. Got overcharged a day because they didn't return your car to you timely that we had returned to them 'cause you were closed & our car was at their shop.
Always great service at Enterprise but the cars look like they’ve been washed and cleaned by A junior high school fundraiser the job is always half assed
Corbin was dynamic. Her level of professionalism was profound. Corbin is a people person with a genuine pleasant disposition. A little pleasantness goes a long way. I will definitely return.
