Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a car on Memorial Day weekend. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. I worked with Mackenzie and Korbyn and they were so helpful. I highly recommended renting a car from here!

Great location, nice staff and very friendly. Not a big fan of one of the district managers due to his lack of customer service but I never have to deal with him anyway. Always rent from there and they always make sure to throw in few discounts to keep you happy.

I rented the car for three days. The staff was very helpful, offering me an upgrade because of my history of renting from the company. The car was clean and well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

From the phone call to this local Enterprise to the return of the car, I received friendly, professional service. The rate was very fair and the car was clean and ready when I arrived. The young lady who helped me gave me a free up grade to accommodate all the books I had to take on my trip. When I went in to pick up the car, the young man I had talked with on the phone (Christian) recognized me. Excellent job. Always enjoy renting from this location.

The employees at Enterprise are always friendly and easy to deal with and the process for renting a vehicle is painless and very quick. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes nor ever been disappointed with either their customer service or the vehicle I've rented. A great company to do business with.

With already knowing about how ESQI works and being satisfied with the service, I am dissapointed in the quality of the Ford Expedition I rented from 3/18-3/25.

Below are list of issues:
1. Wipers- they need to be replaced. We relazed the wipers were old when it started to rain and were leaving major streaks.
2. Rear window leak- there was air coming in from the rear window anytime we went over 35mph.
3. Check engine light- as I know this may be just a simple switch, the expectation is that all cars have their scheduled maintaince.

I mentioned this at the branch at the time of drop off and I was pushed to mention my experience When receiving the survey.
