23 My family and I rented a Mini Van to take on a road trip (6 people total). The car was perfect. The team at the Costa Mesa (2036 Harbor Blvd, Costa Mesa, CA 92627) location was great.
In fact, the next time I needed a car to travel from Newport Beach to Oakland, I rented from them again.
Once again, the team at the Harbor Blvd location exceeded expectations.

I always rent with Enterprise. I rent a car about 4 times a year. They have pleasant staff, clean cars, and are in contact during my rental period to make sure everything is great. Price is always right.

I've had my fair share of negative experiences at other Enterprise locations throughout SoCal. That being said, I had a most excellent experience at this location. The agent, Steven, really helped me get up and going in no time. The most important part of it though is that everything was communicated really well and with the utmost professionalism. I was supposed to pick up a truck at the 2855 Harbor blvd location. I never received a call about a location change for my truck pick up today. I called and the automated service reassured me that it was open. I arrived at the location at 5: 30,30 min prior to the pick up time. There was a sign on the door that referred me to 4500 Campus drive. I arrived there and the attendant said my pick up location was at 2036 Harbor. The attendant provided me the address and told me she would call them to let them know I was coming. I arrived at 6: 05 to a closed Enterprise. How could so many things fall through? No call to notify me of a location change, not waiting for the customer when it was their error.
Thank you Daniela for helping me with the car rental and being so flexible when a change was needed.
The worst company and staff I have ever seen in my life me and my wife we just arrived here we booked a car when I go to take it she said me you have bring your wife to sing when she come no because she doesn't have Driving License, she didn't till me in first place
Had a great experience w a rental car here while my car was in the shop. It was quick and the service was great thank you.
One of the staff tried to blame a dent on me, problem is that I had told them about scratches on that fender when I picked up the car. Definitely take pictures of any damage to the car when your picking it up because they will try and pin damage on you if you don't have proof to the contrary.
I was provided a rental car while my Ford SUV was in the shop. Enterprise manager Steve Gouirand handled everything quickly and efficiently. I would very much recommend Steve and this Enterprise location in Costa Mesa
I call enterprise rent a car made a reservation one day an advance, went process was quick and smooth and excellent customer service, I have use them for years an continue using them, always 100% satisfied
Very good customer service, excellent price and a few options to choose from. Easy pick up and drop off. I was very happy with the customer service. The staff was attentive and efficient.
Their customer service is so slow. I waited forever to get a car and waited forever to return the car.
Ent into Enterprise, Costa Mesa location, and had the WORST customer service experience EVER. First, Donte call ME at 8 am to setup the rental via #Geico and was placed on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up. Called back to speak with a supervisor. Spoke to Jason who also put me on an extended hold so I hung up AGAIN. Called back for the SECOND time, 3rd representative and spoke to Ashley. She stated that she would have 2 vehicles ready for me to choose from due to me having 3 carseats and set my appointment for 1pm that afternoon. I arrived at the location at 12: 40 and was made to wait after being showed a vehicle substantially higher vehicle than discussed. When I explained that I wanted to stay within my policy limits she became irate and told me to wait until my appointment time. By this time it's 12: 52. Ashley then proceeded to help the only other person (her husband was with her) in the building. When she asked for her driver's license and credit card the lady explained that she didn't have her driver's licenses. I then asked Ashley why am I waiting for someone who doesn't have a driver's licenses and the vehicle is ready AND you have all my information, my DRIVER'S LICENSES and DEBIT CARD.
The lady who didn't have her driver's license, husband stands up and start yelling at ME. "MA'AM DON'T TALK TO MY WIFE. YOUR ISSUE IS WITH ASHLEY ". I proceed to tell the guy "I wasn't talking to you or your wife". The wife tells her husband, she wasn't talking to us. ASHLEY comes from behind the counter, puts her hand in my face and proceeds to tell ME to sit down, be quiet and that she's calling the police because I'm being aggressive. How when YOU took another customer before me because I was "early for my appointment". "PLEASE do call the police because I'm recording and your lying which is false report of a crime and YOU put your hands in MY face. So she called the police. She than began shaking once she realized that she was being recorded. She did call the police and they never showed. I left and went to another location. She then proceeds to put me on the DO NOT RENT LIST.
Ashley is very rude. She was unaware that my vehicle was being repaired at Theodore Robins Ford right around the corner. Well after I explained to George in the collision Center what happened with Ashley, he explained that he has had the same issues with her as well and that this isn't an isolated incident.
I feel it was racially motivated. EVERYONE wants to call a black woman "agressive" when she isn't in agreement with being mistreated. And to have a Hispanic man a woman tell me that they had the same experience and witness her treat every none minority that walked through the door with excellent customer service in not a coincidence.
My only question is, why was I made to wait because I was, by this time, 8 minutes earlier for my appointment?
