After renting cars from this location for many years, I encountered my worse experience ever with a slob of a representative at this location.he was eating in a disgusting manner and burping during my reservation. He was rude and he totally let this location down. I was completely disappointed.

Top shelf service from this rental company. We changed our mind on the type of vehicle we wanted after we got there. The change was handled with a great attitude with the rep's only concern being that we were satisfied. It took a lot of extra time as we had many questions but we never felt rushed.

Had to wait too long. Appt at 830 am. I was early and only 1 customer ahead of me and it still took 20 minutes?
