Everyone at this location was amazing! Vanessa, Blake and Fernando were all incredibly kind, professional and just had a pleasant demeanor. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family and will come here again, to rent a vehicle! Thank you all for your hard work and please know you are all appreciated!

Got a free upgrade to a beautiful 2020 Toyota Camry SE that drove like a dream! The staff were friendly & efficient & got me in & out quickly on both pick-up & return. Although the prices are a bit higher due to the airport location, I would still revisit & recommend them.

I reserved a large SUV - Suburban weeks before the date needed. When I arrived I was told they did not have one and offered me a truck. I needed a large vehicle for passenger space - they offered me an Escalade which would have been great any other time but again I needed the passenger space. And of course the Escalade costs more. I felt they were not truthful, I should have been contacted before arrival.

Vanessa is a true asset to your company for someone who has to work in a small box in the airport parking lot all day I’ve never had better customer service in my life it was a real pleasure thanks again customer for life

The service was great. They had all the personal protection in place. It was easy to pick up and drop off the vehicle. I would definitely use and refer Enterprise. The only downside was that I requested a certain car online and when I arrived they said they no longer offered that car. (BUMMER), other than that all interactions were excellent.

Came in Saturday September 5th on a busy weekend after getting charged from hertz for a car they didn’t have for me. After arriving at enterprise Blake, Tiffany, Fernando, Vanessa they all took their time with us. They were very tight on cars of because of the above busy weekend, but still found a way to get us in a vehicle that day on a timely manner, with all smiles. Will definitely be back to this location everyone was helpful and friendly

Fast and efficient service. Only downside was the car, red elantra, needed a deep clean. It had a lot of stains on the seats, especially in between the armrest and the and the drivers seat.

My experience was awesome.it took me and my friend 5hours to find a car in this heat and blake, tiffany, fernando, and vanessa were AMAZING in accommodating us during this memorial day weekend.they deserve colder a/c and cold water in this little building, it’s so hot.thank you guys!

I have rented from the airport location every time! They are great!

Be aware that the Enterprise websites are either down, have issues or have incorrect info on there. I made a reservation with someone over the phone who promised me there was a Cadillac Escalade available at an Enterprise location that's 5 miles away from me. I go over there first thing in the morning to pick up my rental & the woman working there seemed like she didn't want to work & that I was an inconvenience to her. She told me that the "luxury" vehicle section is closed & the lady I talked to on the phone should've told me that Instead of playing the "blame game", she should've just told me what they did have available or suggest the options that they had. Also, remember renting from this location means paying for all kinds of airport fees and taxes.

The Toyota Camry I rented was clean and nice to drive. A real mileage champ. Good service picking up and dropping off. Price could have been just a bit better though.

We got to the office/both today Sunday 7/8/2018 @ 2pm and Steven helped us. I must say. Excellent customer service, great rates and Steven was very professional, was very friendly, fun, and took good care of us. Wish more ppl in the customer service industry provided this kind of service. Very happy customer here.

It's a rental car agency, so there isn't much too expect. However, both employees I dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Of course the airport is always busy, but the staff at the Long Beach airport were so friendly that my frustration faded. The friendliness of feels authentic, not that forced corporate friendly. This experience endeared me to Enterprise Car Rental. What a difference one experience can make. Thank you.

This past Saturday on April 28th someone struck the rental vehicle I was in. I am from out of town and this location was the only near by Enterprise that was open. The manager in the afternoon, forgive me if I forgot her name, Kierra was the most helpful individual I’ve ever met in a customer service setting. She got me into another vehicle as soon as she was able to and assisted in helping me report the incident. The entire staff was great, thank you!

God forbid you forget any items in the car when you return it. You won't ever see it again.

Responding to Carol: I've spoken with Enterprise three times about it already. They said it wasn't there. This was before the vehicle was rented out again. They checked one more time after the vehicle was returned, and with lost and found. If it went missing before it was rented out, a worker must have taken it.

This location seems to run a scam on damages. We returned our car in perfect condition and are now being scammed into paying for damages. Never had this problem with any other location. The want more information in the damage - but we had no damage when we returned the car. Never use this location!

When flying into L. A. /Orange county, consider flying into LGB (long Beach Airport). Really small & easy. Enterprise car rental is right across the street. If you have reserved a car, you'll be out of there fast. Service reps are friendly & the cars are nice

Had so much drama getting this car terrible. I returned it at home becuase we had a family ER. The only thing that makes me wanna stay with Enterprise is 1.i use them alllllll the time. 2.they have the cleanest car's EVER AND. 3. WHOM EVER THE GUY WAS I TALKED TO WHEN I GOT HOME WAS SO AWESOME HE MADE ME CHANGE MY MIND. Never book from a 3rd party and the employees are/was nice (afterwards)
