Watch what they charge you for gas. I chose the option to pay for only the fuel I used but they charged me for a full tank. Difference of about $20.00. Second time.

Rented from this location many time. Booked a car through Priceline. I put the time we were coming in and everything. Arrived on time Saturday and the whole staff was gone! All of the other companies had reps still there!
Don't take reservations from third party companies if you can't fulfill them.
Good thing for Uber.

I had an awesome experience here everyone was very helpful, professional, and courteous. If I come back to Long Beach, CA I will definitely be renting my vehicle from here again.

BEWARE! They use an iPad to mark any dings on the vehicle, but don’t let you see if they marked all the dings you and the agent may have identified. It appears the agent is marking the dings identified, but they don’t mark them on their computer. Then when you return the vehicle you get a new agent who tells you there are no indications of dents on the rental form and you need to pay for it. In my case it was a new bumper on a Titan, not cheap. It’s a scam. Take a video or your own pictures of the dings before you rent if you must rent a car from here. Horrible experience.

Reserved in advance and when we got there we were told we could take the car because we had a French driver's license. Because of this we lost half a day and paid quadruple the price of what we would've paid.

Clean, almost new car (Nissan Ultima), picked it right up with no waiting. No problems, no wait to drop it off. Couldn't have gone much more smoothly.

Forgive me for spelling your name wrong, but Shanease went above and beyond what was expected of her. And I wasn’t even overly nice per say, just normal every day interaction. She is a true asset to your team there at Long Beach airport. Keep her and give her a bonus!

I always have a great experience at this location. The agents are always timely, friendly, and helpful. Out of the several years traveling through this airport, I've never experienced anything but the absolute best.

Generally speaking, my experience with Enterprise at the Long Beach Airport was fine. I was traveling with a co-worker for business and had reserved a "small car". Upon arrival, we learned that the facility was running low on cars in this category. As we walked out onto the lot the attendant indicated that she was going to offer a different vehicle. To my surprise, I was offered a significant upgrade at no additional charge. I was pretty excited about this. However, the vehicle in question had some damage to the passenger side area of the bumper. I pointed this out to the attendant and she simply replied that it was just normal wear and tear. I took that at face value and accepted the upgrade and went about my day. Being on a quick day trip for business we returned the car around 2: 00 p.m. Local time and went catch our return flight. Upon landing I noticed that I had a message inquiring about the damage to the front passenger bumper. I promptly called back and spoke to another person (the one who called me and completed her shift) and was told not to worry about it as my company has arrangements with Enterprise to get the damage waiver on all rentals for reduced rates. Lesson learned, take a picture with the attendant and any significant damage to a vehicle and stick with the reserved car.

I have used Enterprise for years and I’m actually a Plus Member and a corporate member. This branch told me that I could not use my company credit card for the rental. First time I have EVER heard this and a rent cars from a couple times a month for travel. Completely unwilling to help. I asked, “do I need to take my business else where. ” Her response, “It’s Thanksgiving week, we do not have a shortage of customers. ”

Well, you just lost a personal, corporate and truck rental customer.

The overall expediency of picking up my car once I arrived at the car lot desk was super as well as the friendliness of the staff. I am removing one star for lack of directions. I had to walk around searching for the car lot desk at first because the main desk wasn’t manned and directions to get to the other desk was unclear as well as where to exit the parking lot itself once I received my car. They could use more signage here!

You maybe able to find a rental car for a few dollars cheaper. Remember that you get what you pay for. I have never been disappointed with the quality or cleanliness of my vehicle. Or the professional and polite service.

Pickup was quick and efficient. Drop-off was easy.while there is always opportunities for improvement, The team in Long Beach does a great job and I have nothing bad to say about it.

No where on their website do they tell you "You cannot park your car on our lot, you must use Airport parking. " which added onto the cost of my rental. I was greeted very sternly by an employee who claimed she smelled smoke, and thus tacked on a cleaning fee to our rental. All in all a truly unpleasant experience overall with this Enterprise, will be the last time I repeat business at this location.

What started out as a questionable experience turned out to be good. I was initially told that I only had one option of a Ford? I was not pleased and was going to cancel my reservation completely until (Shamis) a very accommodating young lady stepped up for my rental experience to be that of excellence; displaying true customer satisfaction. I will remember her helpfulness.

I always choose Enterprise at LB Airport because the employees there are always so helpful and so professional. I have been renting there for years and the customer service at Enterprise at the airport is the best, other car rental places there do not compare to Enterprise. The employees there deserve to be commended and given a raise, excellent customer service!

I received outstanding service at this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. I was late getting to my flight, so Alex (the Enterprise worker on duty) expedited the return of my car. He also said that if I did not catch my flight that I could come back for the car as he would wait to close out my transaction. He even went so far as to help bring my luggage to the airport terminal. I cannot say enough good things about this location and Alex is a fantastic employee!

Enterprise is Buena Park CA is worst but the one located in Long Beach airport are the best in all aspects of the business.

I had called and made a Reservation with a leading competitor. The day I was suppose to pickup the can, They called me and said they were out. I called Enterprise Long Beach Airport, and gladly helped me. When I arrived there was someone already waiting for me and called me by my name wow this associate of their's was just amazing. She showed me the van and asked if this was what I needed and I said yes. Thank you Enterprise for saving my vacation, and for such great Customer Service!
