Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am a frequent customer of Enterprise because of their customer service. I took a quick trip to San Diego and rented a car for the weekend from the Point Loma location. They went above and beyond to take care of me from pick up to drop off. Job well done to everyone at this location and the airport location! Thank you for addressing my issue with the early drop off. I'll be back.

I'm really pleased with my experience here. The process was easy, the Asst. Manager Connor was extremely nice and helpful, and set me up with a new, clean leather interior Dodge Durango GT with navigation when I reserved a ”Nissan Rogue or Similar”. Love it, definitely renting from here again.

These guys are so helpful. I have needed to rent a vehicle almost every month for the past 3 months. They are super helpful in getting not just a vehicle but a car that I need.

Good location friendly staff. When I'm in town for work I rent from this location. They pick me up at the hotel and drop me off at the end of my rental period no fuss or anything. Sometimes they are low on inventory of cars not their fault and if your a good location what do you expect.cars are always clean and ready to go and typically pretty new.

Taj was awesome. He picked me up at the repair shop and then dropped me off when I brought the car back. I have been using enterprise for 10 years exclusively as they are a great place to rent from. The Lytton location rocks! Keep it up.

They did not have the car that I needed when I arrived but they made sure I had something that would work before I left. They were very nice and helpful in making the change. It ended up working out better for me after all.

The people at the point loma office understand customer service great people. Too bad the LITTLE ITALY branch does not have a clue they screwed me by quoting one rate and charging another and now you will not lat the Point Loma people serve the Sheraton this sucks I have to use UBER to go get the car at Point Loma and to return it. You need to CLOSE THE LITTLE ITALY branch and let the Poiint Loma people service who like them.

Carlos was awesome! The second we arrived he was so excited to tell us of all the great eateries around (which by the way were great choices). The rental was as smooth as could be and at a much better price than at the airport. We will certainly be renting from this location in the future. Thanks Carlos!

Be aware of using your credit card, they like to do extra charge after a long period without reason, when you ask why they don't know explain and even worst they don't even care about it. So watch out

Enterprise in Point Loma was great! They picked me up at my house so I didn't have to leave my car nearby (although they picked me up a little late). They gave me a good car and I got the weekend special so it was pretty cheap. Everyone was very friendly and I have been coming to this Enterprise for the last couple years and will always choose this Enterprise as my first priority over everything else.

I have now had the pleasure of renting on 3 seperate occasions from Enterprise- Point Loma. Rob and Athena are absolute gems! They always ensured I was satisified and quickly made any discrepency dissapear. Their proffessionlism, charm, and charisma truly represent Enterprise in only the best way. I'll definitly be back!

They were very helpful in getting just what vehicle I needed for a move to another state. Nice new van, no problems! I will always go to Enterprise first.

There when I needed them, because airport cars were not available. Staff was accommodating when our plane was late. They were quick and happy. Thanks.

I really like Enterprise and their service is the best in the industry however the last two cars I rented had mechanical issues, A little more quality control is necessarry
