39The place was mobbed when we arrived and had to wait for our vehicles. Staff was great and very friendly. Gave us an upgrade for free to accommodate all our luggage and equipment. Service is great. Vehicle was fresh and clean when we received it.
Best known for their service.best customer care staff.i usually look through costco travel and prefer enterprise deals.
The one challenge about this spot if I had_ to pick one would be the extra step needed going up to their rental car area and to suggest being mindful not to pass up the rental agency while going up the corkscrew ramp, if u pass it up you have to go all the way back around and do it again. Otherwise very streamlined and to the point. I appreciate it.
We rented a vehicle here and when we came to pick it up were told that they did not have any of that type left so we were upgraded for “free”. He put us in a 2018 mustang convertible assuring us that it was free, no charge absolutely because it was them who didn’t have the car we paid for originally. OF COURSE (god really we should have known) we turn it in and are slapped with a $600+ bill for a 4 day car rental. Our return location told us they couldn’t help us there (really. So you’re saying you don’t need have the full capabilities of an enterprise location, you need to outsource? Feels like you just don’t need want your location to absorb the cost). Then they told us that we would need to call that location to resolve the issue. If I’m going to take my time to do your job to resolve your mistake you better pay me your wage. Ridiculous.
The service was incredible.we had three people helping us at the same time and they were all working together to get us on our way! Fabulous experience.the bar has been set very high.gonna be hard to beat! Thank you from the Maria's!

The car that i rented this time, Dodge Caravan, wasnt a great one. It seemed to lack power & stability on d road. Didnt enjoy riding it much: (
Service waa awesome, car was what i expected. Knocked down a star because random sur charges basically cost an extra day overall. Would have been ok if it was built into the daily price quote, but was surprised by it when i looked at the recipt. Otherwise great over all service.
Great service from start to finish. Got a wonderful car and onsite upgrade without asking because of being a good customer.
The overall experience was good. Car gave us no problems. Easy pick up and drop off. Billing was a slight problem. I was going to be driving a lot in unknown areas so I went with the extra insurance. I was also hit with roadside assistance which I would not request. I have been a loyal member of AAA for many years. It could have been a simple mistake but I always assume the worst. I am a consumer and I take billing errors seriously.
Agent put X's for my initials for full coverage which I said I did not want. That created an additional cost when I returned.
I had to wait to get a car as they had none available and wanted to give me a minivan. Agent told me the gas was full when in fact it was not.
Wonderful experience! Front desk staff who checked me in and took my card was very professional, caring and interested in my well being. Upstairs to chose a car went very well and I received a free upgrade in model. The return was a breeze! I recommend this car rental 100 percent!
Quick service. They have lot of options available as it is at the airport. It took only 10-12 minutes for me from entering the building to sitting on the driving seat.
Outstanding customer service.when flight delayed arrival to SJ Airport Enterprise location, I was able to actually speak with someone at Enterprise desk in airport via phone from my departure city instead of having to deal with an 800 number off-site computer or operator. Also upon returning car (alone, with lots of luggage and need of wheelchair assistance) the car return agent facilitated my getting to sky cap curbside check-in. I definitely will rebook with Enterprise next time.
After an absolutely, god awful experience with Enterprise last November, I decided to give them one more chance. I should have stuck with my other vendor, as this experience was miserable. The level of customer service reached rock bottom and started digging to new lows.
Getting my rental car was a challenge, the e-mail they sent me with instructions was 100% inaccurate. The staff at the location was full of excuses and their computers were apparently not able to process credit cards. They asked me to sign off on insurance up-sells again, even though that is handled through a corporate contract.
Returning my car was an absolute joke. There were ZERO employees present at rental car return.none. NO ONE. There were ZERO employees at the desk inside the building.none. NO ONE.
If you would like to do business with an organization that excels with miserable customer service, rent with Enterprise.
Service was fast, accurate with many cars to choose from. Easy check in and check out. Staff were very pleasant. Very happy as always with Enterprise!
Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Airport is without doubt the best rental car service. They have the best and almost new cars and large variety of cars. Prices may be little more than other rental car companies but I would say its worth.
I agree with many previous post that the
service and pick up is impeccable.
However, when it comes to notating damages, their out the gate printout was too generic, making turn-in a very tense and time consuming process.
Up front Do Not Accept any verbal confirmation that the release printout will contain the fine details of damage. I was told that "damage to right door" is notated. (I say this because gone are the days that you walk around the car with the carbon copy form to indicate damages.)
They pressed very hard for me to fill out an accident report form, on the return, saying there was additional damages. If it weren't for my insisting to find the rep who released the car at pick up and her speaking up, I would be out of a pile of money.
