I wanted to print a photo from my usb, and the machine can't read it, and the girl with a tattoo in her neck told me that she could sell me a cd with the photo for 10 dollar, i went there few days ago and a employee gave the cd for free, I told that to the girl and she got supper angry and she throw the lid of one printer so hard, and she not even greet when I arrived. Terrible customer service.

They don't answer their phone. I've called plenty of times with no answer. It automatically hangs up.
