Very bad customer service, gives out wrong information, they just don't have any clue as to what they are saying.

This store is probably fine. The delivery service to my house is the WORST! I live on a flat street, clearly marked with the address, yet the delivery person consistently is unsuccessful at delivering packages at my home. No notice is ever left, they state no one is home, when I was standing in my front yard waiting for them. This has happened on more than one occasion. If this is the poor level of service FedEx offers they deserve to go bankrupt. I would suggest any business looking for delivery services, use ANYONE other than FedEx.

Driver never even attempted delivery today at my apartment and marked attempted. How am I suppose to get my package? ! 2/14/2020 zip code 95123 this driver should be banned from doing deliveries!

The 3 gentleman I had the pleasure of doing business with were great! I had a terrible time tracking down the fresh flowers I had sent for my wedding bouquet that morning, but they all greeted me with smiling faces that afternoon and helped me so much. They had my flowers to me with 20 minutes of arrival. They really made my day, and I can't thank them enough! I would give 1p starts if I could for the excellent customer service.

The staff are rude and they don't take the time to explain how or what happened to the package.
They just keep talking trash with their coworkers at work while "helping you".

FedEx makes no effort to deliver packages. They say they left a door-note, but they do not. They say there are delivery exceptions that delay your packages. They say they cannot access your apartment when UPS and USPS do it every single day.

When you call customer service, they tell you that you may drive 30 minutes to pickup your package yourself.

I am no longer shipping or taking deliveries from FedEx, they just don't care.

This is a busy place specially end of afternoon. Staff is courteous and quit efficient. Everytime I have been there I was please with the service. There are a few parking spot in front of office but if too busy you can park in street.

Tiny parking lot is a hindrance, but the workers inside handle things quickly and allow the customers to get in and out quickly. Even with large numbers of large items, processing time was basically immediate.

Very efficient, quick, polite and professional team. My best and always favorite place to go for shipping my FedEx packages for work or personal.

Most uncooperative and unhelpful. I reached at 7pm was delayed only because of severe weather conditions (downpour). I only had a parcel to pick up they which was going to available at the facility post 5.45. Moreover they locked the door right in my face unwilling to even listen.

Several customers were waiting and I had to call the office for staff to come help us. I spent 15 minutes just waiting for their staff to show up.

You have to rate the local facility - not the FedEx service in general. The staff here were pleasant and professional. There is a large array of packing materials available in the lobby / customer area.

I hope they pay the guy that is working today, triple, because the store is literally packed and the clerk is by himself. I am giving him 10 + STARS, because he is handling pretty good the situation.
I am giving Fedex a Half a star, but I have no way to select that so I am forced to give 1 Star.
Fedex, stop being greedy and hire more personal, don't have one person do the Job for Three. We do expect great service, since prices are that up.

Man do I love FedEx! Relax, its FedEx. I love the staff here. They are absolutely great, helpful, friendly, and all of the above.

This place was very easy to find and wasn't out in the industrial boondocks like i anticipated. The front door was very close to the parking area which was another unexpected plus. The customer service was extroidinarily awesome. A guy named Samir and Hugo Del Campo assisted me. Both very personable and professional.

Long story short, I went in to pick up a package that tracking showed was there - and that their 800 number rep said I could pick up even though it was going to be delivered the next day. I wanted it asap. I was told that it was in one of several large vats that would be sorted by a bunch of people later and put on the truck for the next days delivery, something the phone rep failed to mention. I was quite disheartened, it was a health product and not getting it that day would likely mean I would have to skip a special thing I had later that night... Not if Hugo could help it. He said he would go in the back and go through the vats of packages and try to find it; not promising anything, but I was in disbelief that he would make an attempt. I went outside and tossed the Frisbee for my pup on their nice plush grass while I waited. About 5 minutes later I heard a knock on the window that overlooked where my friend and I were tossin' the 'bee. We went in and Hugo was holding my package! I was elated. And very grateful that he would even bother to look for what seemed would be close to a needle in a haystack. I haven't had this level of service from someone I don't know since I was young and hot. I recommend THIS Fedex location if you need to ship something, etc. Awesome job men; you rock!

Had to come here from Fremont because they refused to drop the package to a service center in my area. They seemed really unwilling to help me at all and told me that the package would be shipped back to the sender if I didn't pick it up. Only one extra star because the staff working at the service center front desk were friendly and helpful.

Would give 0 if there is one. Only one person working here and he's very much slow, 4 people line makes wait for half hour

They never deliver a package - Don't know when they will come - after a while (on the expected date of delivery) - the status says "Delivery Exception". Hate package coming from this place.

They're efficient workers but they don't know what customer service is. They are poorly trained at communication and don't keep their word if they promise you something.
