26I just "missed" a package. I saw a Door tag from 15 mins ago but I've been waiting a few meters by the door. No knock nor doorbell ring.
Great service! I was greeted warmly and they helped me out right away. The parking lot is shared with several businesses so be careful when parking.
Staff is pretty quick and efficient.
When picking up on weekdays evenings (6: 30pm) you can be out with your package in 5-10min. On Saturday mornings, it's about 20-30min.
Make sure to park in the first parking lot, on the right of the building. The other one doesn't give access to the pickup office.
I call this morning the agent told me that these facility is open until 9 pm I was driving over to these place to pick up my shipment so just to make sure I call again to check the closing time so I find out it is close plus they close on Sundays I always told also their be open what a big mistake on the information given to customers now because of that mistake I got to Louse money
Had to visit twice to get an overnight package, almost a week late, even though it arrived at this center 5 days earlier.
Had to pick up a package become was not at home to sign for it. Why can't they just drop off at the closest FedEx store, so I can pick up at a location closer to home with more flexible hours. Commute hours can take 45 min each way. Not convient, when package Security is desired. Three stars because they did get my package quickly.
