If you want an experience that totally about the company. This is your location.customer service what is that? It's about the establishment.
Pleasant worker.great customer service from the one representative at the counter. Please give customers who are waiting outside a chance to get in from the hot sun with children. Much needed help from the other reps who were unavailable or just in back. With social distancing they way it is the customer experience needs to be much better than waiting outside the building.
Worse company and location! Never deliver my packages on time! The timing on the tracking is way off and I always have to end up going to pick my package up! I hate this company so much! I wish they would stop delivering packages with this company especially this location. The same guy delivers to us and is VERY lazy and rude! Would give this 0 stars!
Quick visit today just to drop off a pre labled package on my way to work. No line for me but two others were at the counter being taken cared of.
Informed them as soon as the building opened that a package was being delivered there that was a fraudulent purchase on my account. The shipper informed them. They did nothing to stop the pick up of said item 2 hours later buy the thief. Their response, were a shipping company. It's not our fault. We are not responsible. But they're sorry for my inconvenience. Allowing fraud to continue is much more than an inconvenience. Never using fex ex ever again. These people don't take security serious.
Avoid this location. I hate the fact that all my packages are sent to this location and then whoever the driver is, decides not to deliver my packages the date it was promised. The people that work here have no customer service experience. Always take too long to find a package that is being held at the location. Only one person at the front desk. Unacceptable customer service, and the price that FedEx charges for mediocre delivery services.
Horrible service center. Saturday afternoon been staning in line for 20 min. Only one person working the counter. I would not recommend this center find another one to go to even if its a bit out of you way. If I didn't have to ship my package today I would have.
Terrible delivery service they hire a clown that puts phony door tag on are business door pretending that it was a delivery intent, that never took place. The Hawthorne manager Alisha was not very helpful either in identifying who left the phony door tag.
Constantly losing my high value packages. Always the same excuse "it looks like it wasnt scanned". SOMEBODY is stealing them. The customer facing people at the office are great but i cant trust FedEx anymore and will recommend my company switch to a more trustworthy Courier

The morons are running the circus here. Some of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. Completely ruined my vacation with their negligent service
This one has the oddest location. But it's great I noticed it helps make for a quick visit, if you get lucky. Staffs pretty helpful but overall it's was a decent experience nothing bad nothing special either.
These guys returned my package with out doing second attempt and when I came here and ask he is saying he don’t know and he says no onsite manager available and he don’t know when Manager come. These people are very negligent.
One person behind the counter and I had been at home since 9 a.m. Waiting for a package that had never attempted to be delivered.
Nice people slow service. I've always had a pleasant time interacting with everyone here. Service is slow however, they always seem understaffed for some reason
It was my first time at this FedEx facility. I give them a 10. A staff member offered free water and soft drinks to everyone waiting in the lobby. She also apologized for wait time and any inconvenience. She diligently worked with FedEx staff to expedite the process. She let my husband and I know that she would personally work on locating our package. It was located! This location demonstrated and communicated teamwork and professionalism in service to its customers. Way to go FedEx!
One person behind the counter - evidently for two hours during the lunch period. Makes sense. Also an announcement that they have no change for cash payments for shipments. Who's running this circus? Average of 15-20 minutes per customer, when they aren't being interrupted by a visit from the mail carrier. Fun times.
The cashier suggested contacting the vendor to get a label saved the customer a lot of time and money.
. Customer service argues with you, when u don't know how their paperwork means. They do not know how to treat others.
