31Hire more staff, waiting line forever! Happens too often having to pick up packages due to driver not ringing bell or knocking
I sent packages from this office on July 3,2017. Only one person in the front, but he worked very fast, was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Mr. Michael Ashby.
Customers out the door but I guess it's more important to talk about the lottery and send someone to go get tickets than it is to find or send packages. But what do I know?
Fed Ex has plenty of ding dong ditch deliverers, driver never came near my house and just left my package as "Customer not available" the nerve of these people and they let it slide
Priority Overnight package was not delivered. Had to call the corporate 3-5 times with no updates. Decided to go in person to find that they misplaced my package in the wrong truck. The 10: 30am promised delivery time stretched to 4: 30pm.
My package was going to be delivered on the 6 then they change the date till the 9 terrible delivery system never using FedEx again going back to UPS they are better in there delivery wouldn't recommend FedEx
They tried to attemp delivery but im home waiting for my package. They dont even try to call me
Piece of shot waiting here for 30 min fie the fault of the inresponsible driver that dont give a damn about they delivery they are running expecting u to be reafy for them
Absolute WORST delivery service I have ever used. Driver didn't even attempt my delivery just put a note on the door and ran away. I took the day off work to make sure I received this package. FedEx seems worse than USPS now. The people that work there are rude and could care less if you get a package.
They are open late (8: 30pm on weekdays) so if you need to pick up a package you can swing by after work.
