Fedex said my package was ready for pickup, but when I got there, the staff would not give me the package.

The staff does not wear masks properly.

Very friendly and were very helpful they continued pursuing a package that had disappeared not only located it but i was able to go to its location and retrieve it

Awful service and rude employees
They lost my package even though I pay for their overnight service and didn’t try much to find it.

I am not able to reach anyone at this shipping station because they have no listed phone number or email. This itself is a sign of bad business. I need to make a complaint about my delivery person. He leaves packages that need a signature at the door without even ringing the door bell and leaves a fake signature on the record. So I don’t even know o have had a package delivered. This causes my packages to be left to be stolen. I had a $1500 piece of equipment hat he left in San Francisco inner city. What he does is illegal. Any package that needs a signature he needs to take back to Fexex office if no one is there to sign for it. His laziness is causing great damage. If this company cared they would contact me to follow up. Unfortunately I have no control with some companies that only ship Fedex or I would pick competitors.

I specifically chose FedEx to deliver a package for me because I assumed they were better than dhl. I mean if I'm not there to sign for it they'll leave a door tag right? Oh no, the delivery driver just handed it out to some random and my package is no where to be found. Disappointed and disgusted

The people working at the establish definitely go above and beyond. I ran in trying to get something overnighted to arrive in time for a birthday for Mom.
I couldn’t find my account number which they went out of their to try to help frazzled me look it up

Reassuring, helpful, and made sure to even give me
Assistance with extra labels to say fragile and this side up.so my items would get their safe

They were kind and happy to help me.how very refreshing! Kudos to You Fed Ex

It sucks here! Redirect ur pkg. Everytime its a looooooooong wait. What customer service!? They take there sweet time with an attitude once they get to u. Been here almost 20 mins waiting.just waiting and waiting.
Still waiting. Thumbs down. Don't even deserve 1 star. Man it sucks.

The location is inconvenient, the lines are long, the service is slow. It took me about 20 minutes to get a package. Frankly I would avoid it like the plague. Terrible customer experience.

On on-time delivery is all I can say. Your packages are sure to be there on time! You can also have them delivered to certain Walgreens for a small price of $10 and you can agree on a pickup time and day.

Fed ex lost my package valued at over $4000, & they would only reimburse my package up to $100. I will never use there services again & I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Always well staffed with plenty of room and supplies to pack your packages. The only down side is it's not in a very convenient location.

SCREW YOU FEDEX. I will NEVER use FEDEX AGAIN due to GROSS INCOMPETENCE and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. First they left a note at my door saying I could pick up the package here after 6P. M. It's a long way from my apartment but there were restrictions on my package so I couldn't get them to hold it at any other FedEx. OK, fine. So I came all the way down here at 6: 30 and they made me wait an hour as multiple employees disappeared supposedly looking for my package, which mysteriously was MISPLACED and expected to "show up" again tomorrow MORNING. They couldn't find my package and now expect me to make another crazy detour to come back for it. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? Where did those first couple of employees who said they were helping me disappear to? Why was one guy who came in a half hour later forced to start the search all over again? WHY COULDN'T THEY FIND MY PACKAGE?

The delivery driver left a package that was bigger than the door and blocked the stairs for both me and my neighbor. Even though no one was home to claim the package. I saw this because I was driving around looking for parking. As i was walking towards my house and saw two people pull up in a truck and take the package and put it in the back. I attempted to stop them but it was pointless. Dont every have your package delivered by FedEx

Small facility, often short-staffed, lacking prioritization of pick-ups and pre-paid drop-offs. Expect long lines in evenings, especially before holidays. Plenty of parking.

Bunch of male chauvinist pigs as staff members who won't accept their own fault!

I can hope and pray that Amazon shipping services makes fedex bankrupt one day and the main reason would be due to the screwed up customer service.

The worker there (an older man) seems to have the best intentions but it does not work: he tries to serve few people at the same time. As a result we are all waiting for him. He half-serves one person, then time to another person, then runs back to the first person and forgets where he left things off. He also kept saying "wow, can't find your package" and made me nervous. He found my package anyway at the end.

Out in the middle of nowhere and very slow staff. Took 30 minutes to pick up a package that they did not deliver in the promised time window.

I will not pretend to enjoy going to the shipping center. I will not pretend to enjoy picking up a package that they only tried to deliver once. I will not pretend not to know that UPS has a network of local drop-off stores and FedEx does not, so that you rarely must walk more than a block or two to pick up your UPS packages.

There's lots of parking, though.

For the last stop in San Francisco this place is nice. It basically a huge sorting warehouse that has a FedEx Shipping stuck on the front of it. Good luck taking public transit out here though. The 19 comes occasionally and it can get windy. Better off with Lyft for this one. $50 FREE RIDE CREDITS with code THADDEUS220950
