26 There's only one reason to be here: something went wrong.
That said, they always take care of me quickly.
Rubbish experience.driver ignored dropoff instructions so now i have to go to inconvenient pickup location that isn't reachable by public transport.forget Fedex, use UPS or USPS.
They suck I've been here for over and hour jus standing in line and now that I'm finally at the counter this lady decides she wants to go to back for another half hour, terrible customer service
I had to go here when Fedex left door tags on my front door instead of using the intercom on the front of the apartment complex. The location is really out of the way if you don't drive.
Service was ok but not the fastest. I had to ship out something and was looking for the address labels but couldn't don't them anywhere. After I made it to the front of the line I was told too fill out the form I was looking for. I don't know why they are not placing it where all the boxes and envelopes are too fill it out before you enter the line.
It's really confusing that a FedEx ship center can't do the same things a FedEx office ship center.
