Expensive prices, bad customer service because they ignore you and make you wait before helping you, cocky attitudes from their mechanics as well, a waste of time.

I had a critical failure in my coolant system while driving home one day and they helped me out. Several months later a different shop mentioned a concern with a part that had been replaced. I returned to Firestone, they checked it out and figured it was probably okay, but went ahead and installed a new part at no cost to me. It's refreshing to receive good service.

Everyone at this location is awesome and went out of their way to make me feel taken care of. They were really busy, but still managed to get my service done quickly. As someone who knows very little about how much specific auto maintenance task should cost I appreciate that everything is standardized and very clearly communicated.
Always seems to be a honest repair shop. Explains problems and gives options. Prices are in line with what you would expect. Does tend to be very busy and parking is extremely limoted. You can park on PCH, however read the signs as it does become a tow zone.
I filling like I have to beg them for a oil change I have credit card with them and I buy my tires for my three cars most of my car repairs with them but not anymore old crew good new staff no good taking my cars somewhere else ️
