Firestone Complete Auto Care

This use to be my favorite place to go to for my services. Since John retired the service isn't as great. I see different people everytime I go now. Manager are always different as well. I've visited the past 2 times and the service just keeps getting worse. I was promised a refund for the service I had received on my car and yet I received a statement. I called a few times to speak with a manager but never in. When finally the manager is in I get a refund but for a service that was never performed instead of a full refund. I am going to have to take my business elsewhere. I really liked this place but it's not the same anymore.

Very long wait times. I had an appointment at 10 and was told my car wouldn't be ready until 1: 30. I think that's a bit much personally: -/ but at least they won't rip you off which is pretty cool. The workers are all nice but my complaint is towards the business owners who won't hire enough people so that the work can get done faster.

It was my 2nd visit after many years. I had life time warranty on my car. So I took my 2nd car for wheel alignment. Anthony and Rahul took care everything. Had to wait but it was worth of waiting. Strongly recommend to everyone. Just be patience when you go to auto shop.

I had an appointment previously scheduled in the webpage days before, but the lady on charge gave the first to come to a lady that supposed arrived earlier than me (I was on time according my appointment).

Anyway, the service of the mechanic was good. The waiting room (section/corner) needs improvement.

I came in to replace 2 tire pressure sensors at around 8: 50am, my appointment was for 9am car was received by the staff early. A job that should have taken 40 mins to an hour ended up taking over 5 hours to complete. I waited and kept getting told it would only be about 40 mins to an hour more. I didn't get into my vehicle until 2: 32pm. I even applied for a Cfna card, I was planning on getting tires and a lifetime alignment for another vehicle, however after this horrible experience I won't be coming back. I have experience in the auto industry, I know roughly how long things should take. I know the job is roughly take about an hour to do worst case scenario, I even expected it to take maybe 2 to 2 1/2 hours after they wrote everything up and gave it to their technician and ordered parts. Having to wait over 5 and a half ours is unexceptable. I will never do business with firestone again and being someone who works with lots of vendors and technicians and all around automotive clients, I will tell everyone to avoid firestone complete autocare.

My car said it needed air in two tires so I stopped here. The mechanic checked all 4 put air as needed, was so friendly and didn't charge! Best place to go for service.

Walked in with a tire patch need. I waited for a bit before I was acknowledged, but received good customer service. They received the 3 stars just because their prices are above the market.

I'm not trusting anything they say or do. I'm going to get their "work" inspected to see if anything was actually done and also what damage they caused to the car. I'm closing my Firestone account.

I WOULD CALL THIS PLACE "NIGHTMARE AUTO SERVICE"
JUST BY LOOKING AT THE HOUSEKEEPING THEY HAVE ON THEIR SHOP YOU CAN TELL WHAT KIND OF WORK THEY DO. LOOK FOR YOURSELVES.

YESTERDAY I PICKED UP MY WHITE CHEVY SILVERADO FORM THIS SHOP AND IT WAS REALLY DIRTY. A LOT OF FINGER PRINTS ON THE CAB AND A LOT OILY SPOTS EVERYWHERE. FIVE THUMBS DOWN TO THIS PLACE.

Especially the mechanic Santana he's great and helps a great deal. Need your car fixed? Then go there it's amazing and they do great work.

Horrible service! Made an appointment at 12, dropped off my car. 5 hours later, never got a call that my car was ready, I had to call and ask if my car was ready and they said it was. I get to the location and they told me my car still needed the alignment. I came in for an alignment and rotation, they had done nothing to my car! To top it off as I was coming in from the side entrance I see the workers smoking and just hanging out in the back area!

The service was good but don't see why an appointment is needed when I have to wait an hour and a half for a tire rotation

Firestone in Whittier on Washington good service and great manager custom service. I got a oil change and two tires. They forgot to reset oil light. After the oil change. A message still comes on saying I need a oil change

Priscilla is absolutely amazing! She took extra time from her day just to make sure I got the best quality care for my car! She went over and above to ensure my trip back home would be safe. She and this Firestone team are worth every penny earned at this location. In addition, this woman seems to keep the whole show moving forward! More people should take the time to pay it forward the way she did today. Thanks Priscilla and Firestone for such a good experience.

This place is awesome!
I got there kind of late with a flat tired but they were real busy, but they still took care of me and stayed open till my car was ready.
Normally they close at 6: 00 but they closed at 7: 30 till my car was ready!
Priscilla could have said no but was very nice and took care of me.

Good service, got my Ac freon refilled, ran a diagnostic. Took about 3.5 hours, plus side is the mall is next door

Priscilla working at the front counter is amazing! She was busy when we walked in. She greeted right away and was very friendly. She excellent customer service. We were driving a enterprise vehicle and had a blinker bulb out. She got us in and out really fast so we could continue on our vacation! Thank you Priscilla

You have to have a mechanic you can trust. Stone wood fire stone has been great. Excellent service and reasonable prices and a staff you can trust

Got to make an appointment, it's better that way because they will get your car fixed right away. Good service.
