Always take my cars to Firestone for service, Great Job to Lupe and all the Service Technicians.

My friend recommended this place and it did not disappoint. I was impressed with the customer service offered here. I was helped by Priscilla and she made my trip worth it. She made me feel welcomed and she got my car to me within the time she stated. She offered me advice and let me know exactly what I needed during my next visit. She cares about the customers and I am definitely coming back because of her!

The only issue I had was with their waiting area. They need to purchase new chairs for their customers. They are not aesthetically pleasing and they seem to be falling apart.

Christian and his staff at Firestone always take great care of my car. I know I am good hands and with affordable prices.

The person in charge has a very bad actitudes very rude no customer service at all I make a simple question at it seams the person simple doesn’t want to work, not coming back at all to this place!

AVOID! Dropped my van off to have 4 tires changed at 1137 am was told latest would be 5 pm. Figured 6 hours should be more than enough time to have tires removed and replaced especially since they are going to charge me 200 buck in just labor. Came back at 430 with NOTHING done to the van. I asked for my keys and left. Found a shop to do what they couldn't in an hour for 70 bucks less.

Great place with good vibe. Very friendly staff. Chris, Juan & Jesus are great teammates. They have proven the power of team work. Folks. Please give them time to get the satisfied completion of your repairs. For sure, you will not be disappointed. In the last, I will visit back as needed to this trustworthy place as long as Chris and his team is there.

I made an appointment for an oil change and I still had to wait 3 hours for my car to be taken in.they didn't even offer a discount or anything.never go there

Went in at 2pm they told me 2 hours for an alingment. Went back at 4 and they had not even started. Then he said they would do it in 15 minutes. Wtf. Worst management ever. I run a shop and I never blame my workers. Its managers job to get things done. Not recommend.

Horrible service went to get 2 tires and a diagnostic done left my car there 8 hrs and when i went to pu car they didn't even do my 2 tires bull $! #/.

Don't go here for service. The mechanic could not adjust a stock 2002 Subaru Impreza. He told me there were no camber bolts, even though I just touched them 20 minutes ago before I got to Firestone. I replaced my hubs and wheel bearings so I needed a alignment after touching the camber bolts.

People at the front are nice but the mechanic is incontinent and useless.

Got me a great deal on some Firestone wide Oval Indy 500s. It took a while but I was early and they explained the reasons. Great customer service. So far so good.

I took my car for an Ilaigmen and tire rotation, they said it will be done in one hour and a half,

to have that done' should only take an hour or less, but instead they took 3 hours and 20 minutes,

that car was sitting there for two hours, after two hours that's when they started working on it,

They are very Irresponsible, careless, think twice before you bring your car to that place,

Other places might appreciate your business.

Great costumer service. Mechanics are real experts at what they do. I have took my car here for many alignments, never had a problem. Also it's clean and reasonable prices. I would recommend to anyone who cares about there vehicle.

I go to Firestone all over Southern California never been disappointed

Says it closes at 8pm but it was closed at 7: 10 when I needed a tie repaired. False advertising.
