Forever 21, Culver City CA

Almost as massive as the Montebello store, but since at least a few F21 locations closed due to covid no complaints.and the FITTING ROOMS are open!

I visited today 5/16/21 and omg I was soooooo disappointed! Never have I been so disappointed I a forever 21 store. Let em explain
1. There were no other sizes in dresses and shirts but Small. No medium and no large! I was in disbelief. I asked a staff member and she said we mostly have small sizes sorry for the convenience. I felt fat and unwanted in the store
2. I finally found a medium because that is my size just to realize that the medium was way too small! What! If I wasmt feeling fat already now I was getting really mad lol
3. One staff member said the fitting rooms were closed amd another told me that they actually have do have the fitting rooms open upstairs! What! I was so thankful for that but I was so disappointed in the way the clothes fitted, its liek they arent sized correctly or soemthing.am I the only one that feels this way?
I went into forever 21 feeling confident and adventures into trying new styles and colors but boy did I leave that store disappointed smh

I love the store and the prices the clothing are great and the the makeup collection and sale is very good

If you are looking for budget friendly clothing for young adults, this is your store. This is my go to spot for clothing for my daughters. There is a good selection of clothes and accessories. The store is clean and well organized.

Poor service, double check on your purchases they charge double, and finally when you call them, they never answer the phone.

Soooo.cute of a store. Makes you feel like your one of the hottest chicks on the planet. Everything you need to look cute.

It is not a massive forever 21 shop as I have seen them bigger but it still has a lot of variety. It is divided in 2 floors. Bottom one for offers, some shoes and normal female clothes and accessories; the top one for plus size mainly with some offers and shoes too and a tiny corner dedicated to the male clothes (there was not much choice and my partner was a bit disappointed) but I found good offers and the customer service was good in general.

I always come by shopping here but today some females workers were pretty rude. The cashier got bothered when I asked her if the 30% was taken off since the sweater was 19.99 & in the screen it still said the same price.

I attempted to call the store today to ask an inventory question before I made the drive across town to the store. After several attempts, someone answered and asked to put me on hold. No problem. 12 minutes later I was still on hold. Thinking it was a simple mistake that someone forgot I was still on the line, I hung up and called back again. The same sales associate answered and asked to put me on hold again. Sure, why not. 16 minutes later, I was completely dumbfounded by the wait and hung up. Called back again and was told by the same sales associate if I could be put on hold. I told her no, it was not okay. I then asked her if she was the only one on the floor and she said yes. Poor girl sounded on the brink of tears.

There may be a correlation with their recent chapter 11 bankruptcy filing and their heavily understaffed stores. I find it concerning that this fast-fashion retailer is rooted in greed, rapidly over expanded to increase their profits, and then doesn’t put attention towards how their customers and employees are taken care of. I was redirected 4 different times after calling corporate to simply voice this concern. I wanted a direct number to either the store manager or regional manager, which didn’t seem too complicated to me. Unfortunately to the individuals I spoke with, my request was unheard of. Their only suggestion was to call the store back. THAT I COULD NEVER GET THROUGH TO! Going to laugh this one off and hope that poor girl is off her shift and sipping a glass of wine in a bubble bath right now.

Horribly inefficient organization makes it too difficult to find clothes here. There's also too many hangers on each rack, so going through the clothes requires dropping a ton of them as you go through them. Staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. Not worth visiting.

Customer service is great, I was able to get the right size of jeans thanks to an employee. I didn't even know my size he helped me get it right with the first suggestion she gave me. Thanks a lot!

I saw several tops in the window I like so I went into find them asked 2 different employees where the topa were and neiter knew. The stocking system is so confusing i doubt a physics major could figure it out. Maybe this is why they are going bankrupt because I know I would spent like 50 bucks or more if I could have found even one of the three peices I was looking for

One of the best place to go shopping at. Prices are very reasonable and they seem to have the style I'm looking for. The only downside is that most of the size available are small or extra small. Since they base their size on a petite and small asian woman, which is not the average size here in the US, they should stock up more large sizes or know when they have new shipment to be sure you can find large sizes.

I loved this store, but there is a cashier girl named Samantha, she is way so rude, she no even say hello or anything and look like angry or mad all the time, she should be working in customer service or dealing with people with that attitude.

I've always came to this mall. Way before, when it was still called The Foxhills Shopping Mall. It was a great place back then, till the late 90s. That's when you started noticing that it was falling apart. But now, things look even better than it did from its beginnings. The security could use some improvement. But otherwise, great spot to visit and shop.

I like that they have two stories but I rarely ever find anything I'm not sure why they don't have the sizes it's a very crowded Forever 21 because of the area the demography around but a lot of times don't find that many items I think the one in South Bay has a better variety and more sizes because it's less crowded having other brands also in the same area

They are well stocked with different sizes. I'm always pleased with my purchase. The employees I come across are polite and helpful.

There were about 15 employees on the first floor and only 3 at the cash register the rest were just standing around talking and not helpful just young MEAN GIRLS you are paying people to stand around and do nothing only 2 African Americans the rest other I won't go back
Not friendly at ALL

The great thing about this place is that it's exactly the same as every other forever 21. So no surprises. A shirt is shirt and it's just like your toast, exactly the same.
