Forever 21, Culver City CA

5 stars for the online store. 1 star for going inside this location It's always crowded and disorganized at the register. I like the store/ company, but hate going in the store, as it feels like a circus.

Has cute clothing although the pants don't fit me very well. Everything runs small there. And it's hard to tell who is staff. I once got confused as staff while waiting for a room in the dressing room someone just handed me a bunch of clothes telling me they didn't want these.

I just took a shortcut to the parking lot. Haven't shopped there recently. But, it's nice store with great bargains.

Besides their cheap clothing, the only other reason I never shop at forever 21, maybe just this location, is their below average staff. The workers that were working the day I went were unwelcoming, rude, and just had such a negative energy attached to them. I can’t speak for their entire staff, since I only had an interaction with mostly the cashiers, but if you’re looking to spend your money and not be slightly treated kindly, this is the place to go.

Pros: Huge store, big men's section.
Cons: Staff is a letdown; the rude and downright lazy examples makes the good ones look bad. Did I mention how rude some of these employees are? I can't believe they maintain a job in customer service with those attitudes. Also, the line to check out is always about a 20 minutes wait. No joke - EVERY time.

The staff was horrible except for the dressing room attendant. The show girl with pink hair in a short bob that worked at 330pm today Monday 4/16 yelled at us to come out our shoes back that we tried on. Then when we went to pay for our $129 purchase, the first checker free asked us to go to the next register because we were white people.
