Wait time after arriving for scheduled appointment was ridiculous, I had to get someones attention to be helped!

I had an appointment and was left waiting for my car from 9: 00 - 11: 40 for an "Express" service.

Fest, easy, helpful.
It was very nice atmosphere to big a car, not so busy, so sell person Safi spend allot of time with us to explain us everything about car. And they already have cars 2022, it’s only June, what is nice.

Once you walk off their lot, you can forget receiving any customer service or care.
I have a service contract, but still cannot get in touch with anyone.
I made the mistake of buying two vehicles from this dealership.
At this point, I've been trying to reach them since July 2020 and haven't had a single call back. I have been trying to be patient because things are especially challenging, but going a full calendar year without a callback or acknowledgment is excessive.

June was great. He was not a pushy salesman. He was very accommodating to all our requests and followed up later with how to videos etc. Very knowledgeable about the car as well. Was very transparent about the entire process. Overall we felt like we were having a very honest car buying experience and no one was trying to one up us.

I was told to do 60K service for $1100 and declined.still asked to do oil change and tire rotation with coupon price, anyway oil change was done but no tire rotation at all and charged for coupon price.

The plan was the stock #C32366 2020 Silverado crew cab rst, shirt box with 2k miles plus on it since dec. 25 with the Juanito Villamil. But I was told Monday afternoon it was not for sale anymore. I don’t know the reason. Then we went to the dealership dec. 29 Tuesday. The plan was a silver 1500 custom with 5.7 L V8 engine and 8speed. Then we test drive knowing it was a V8. Found out there’s no V8 in custom trim. We decided to get north sky blue custom trim. After 2 plus hour finally we get into price what we want and term. We were told it’s not ready for sale because of not being inspected or checked before going for sale. Then they found another truck with the same trim. For another hour an a half finally we sign the papers. Knowing we’re ready to go home truck is not ready yet. Actually agent Noli is the one helping us not Juanito anymore. So my son decided to go home to in Hayward. My youngest is taking care of his 2 yers old nephew. So, I let his father to go home. And we’re still going home to Brentwood with my youngest son. From 11 o’clock am to 4: 30 pm finally Noli had to show me about the truck. Then found out gas is almost empty. I drive Noli to the gas station about a mile. Then finally I’m out from the dealer to pick up my young to get home. And finally got my lunch and dinner. What do you think with this experienced?

Went there to look on buying a car. The salesman was very helpful. Just wasn't what I was looking for.

Commitments were not honored, dealer service department failed to follow up as promised several times (including the service manager,) and the problem took weeks to resolve with many excuses including misplaced paperwork. And after all was finished and I was told it was taken care of (I have the receipt,) I got a call back a week later asking for money from the service associate. I told him to send me a bill, and the bill was higher than he quoted on the phone.

I had a great experience with the Fremont Chevy dealership. I had very good experience dealing with June the sales associate, Jason the Sales Manager and Bani the GM of the dealership. They went above and beyond in taking care of my requirements everytime. I have bought several cars from June, Jason and Bani and this dealership and I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Unfriendly and unknowledgeable salesmen. Bad and overpriced serivce shop for car fixing and maintenace. I stop buying Chevy vehicle because of them. I would give lower than half star if I could.
