35 I had a wonderful experience buying my new Mazda in this place.
Ahmad is really professional sales man. Prices were the most competitive of all dealerships.
The sale took less than 1 hour from the moment i walked in the dealership til i left with my car.
My car didn't have CarPlay however they were able to get me in the schedule the next day very early to get it taken car of with a very competitive price.
I would highly recommend that place (ask for Ahmad and Steve)
The worst place and service to get your dream car from. Finance Manager “Al Farahani” and internet sales person “Ahmed Rasikh” are not even qualified enough to to provide a good customer service, I doubt even McDonalds May hire them. No respect for customers and they didn’t let me complaint about them to their General Manager “Abby Manteghi”. My first car buying experience was really bad.
We purchased a 2000 CX30 from Sean and had a wonderful experience; we're happy we chose this car. Sean is knowledgeable and patiently walked us through the car features. Even though we were the last ones to leave the dealership, he ensured we were satisfied customers and waited for us till we left. He also followed up after a few days including asking if we had any questions. The rest of the Fremont team was courteous, professional and definitely recommend this location. I highly recommend Sean; he is responsive and a good man. Thank you Sean!
Very very bad customer service especially this person his name "shakif"please dont give your bussiness to this man.his fkcin rude and no respect with the buyer.
Staff mask usage was poor at best. One sales person had his on his keyboard as he walked around without one. Most had theirs below their nose or being used as a chin strap. The salesperson who was wearing one had his one which was good. After sitting in the showroom waiting for him to pull the last cx3 around. We started to get uncomfortable in the show room after seeing so many employees without masks or below the chin. Our visit was on 7-11-2020 at 415pm.

I came in to the service department to have my car looked at. I've never been there before, but they treated me as if I had been coming there for years. They went above and beyond, remembered my name, and were genuinely friendly. Thanks guys!
Very horrible experience. Simply avoid doing business with Asif Atebar! He is very disrespectful to the customers, who can simply overturn the price he made by himself a minute ago.
Bad customer service not willing to work with you to get approved, they want you to jump thru loops for nothing. Is not like I need finance for 100,000. Mazda Fremont your lost.
Came in with a guaranteed price from True Car. They didn't have the car they stated. Bait and switch. Asked if they were willing to match another dealer price on a higher model, Aziz agreed. But when it came time to sign the paperwork, hidden fees were revealed. Stated they don't play games like other dealerships. The whole ordeal was a game. Walked out with money safely in hand to give to a place that respects my time.
They treat you well only when you are about to buy the Car. Once the deal is fixed they'll never bother to help you in anyway. Every call I makr here, my call just keeps bouncing between departments. Do not buy any of their services with your car.they are just trying to fool you.
Took my car to service department for maintenance and the person at the counter helped me bring it in. I waited 3 1/2 hours and finally asked the same person how’s my car? He said who helped you? I said you. Then I was told nothing was done to the car because it has 3800 miles. My head was steaming for 3 1/2 more hours. This could have been prevented right when I drove in. A total bad experience.

Great experience buying my 2018 CX-5. Price was as quoted and no bait and switch tactics. Found me the CX-5 with the exact color and options I wanted. Was in and out in about 3 hours. Billy was awesome as was the whole staff. No cons. Really good to do business with.would buy there again!

I found out they charge way more than other car service places or even other mazda dealerships in the area for service. Would definitely recommend to get an estimate from a couple of other places before going here.
Horrible place to buy car. Ran my credit even though I said not to and had my own Financing. Promised me they just needed my info then ran credit. Manager was very rude and disrespectful. Ended up buying car before I realized these things.
