Fremont Mazda reviews
35 I went to go buy a new CX-3 here in January, but I was turned off by the salesman's lack of knowledge on the car. Then when it came to look at the finances, they didn't want to take my "I need to go home and think about it". That's seriously what I needed to do. They instead, held on to my potential trade-in car's registration, and my driver's license. I asked for both back and left. I have never felt so pressured to buy a car on the spot. If I say I need to think about it, let me do that. It's a lot of money to dish out on a new car.like damn.
I ended up buying the car from a different Mazda dealership. I love the car. But I left Fremont Mazda with a bitter nasty taste in my mouth. Please avoid these people.
We bought a new car one week ago here. One of the mud flaps fell off and hit the tire while my boyfriend was driving on the highway. I think either they sold us a defective car or the service people there didn't do their job to check the car before they sold it to us. I said that because all the other mud flaps are very tight. It's impossible for us to make only one of them loose within one week.
My boyfriend brought the car to the dealer. The service people were so rude to him and insisted that it's all our fault. So we need to pay to repair it by ourselves.
I'm not surprised by their attitude because their sales people treated us in the same way when we bought the car. If it's our fault, it's our fault to buy a car from them.
I feel so "lucky" that it was just a mud flap issue not a brake issue. I cannot believe it happened to a new car. I'm not confident that the new car I bought from this dealer is safe to drive.
I would give them Zero stars if that was an option. They cracked my boyfriend's windshield during a service then refused to fix it. And not a small crack- from the base to nearly the top of the windshield. Talk about unprofessional. They should be ashamed of themselves and their lack of customer service. I live 5 minutes away but will continue to drive out to Dublin Mazda for service just to avoid Fremont Mazda.
My husband and I leased our car here about a week ago and were very pleased with the entire process. Mia was our very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable salesperson; and Shakib in finance was also very pleasant and made the leasing process clear and easy. We highly recommend!
I wish I can rate them as zero star. I reached out to buy a Mazda3 because my friend bought one from them last August. At first one of their dealers contacted me, but she was like ghost, NEVER RETURN MY EMAIL. Then I called and ask another dealer if I can buy a Mazda3 for the same price as my friend, the next day I ask him, he gave a price that is $1400 higher than my friend and his reason is that your friend bought a 2017 model and you will buy a 2018 model. Of course my friend bought a 2017 model because he bought it in 2017! What's the logic of that? I know it's the beginning of 2018 and also the beginning of Feb so they're not willing to lower their price, so if you ever want to buy a car from them, ask around your friend for price they got and NEVER buy from them in the beginning of a year or month.
It's been 1 year since I bought the car at Fremont Mazda, Jason was very friendly and the prices are the best in bay area!
Beautiful store. If your in the market for a Mazda this is the place to shop for a vehicle or get your vehicle serviced.
Tim was my service advisor. The did an above and beyond job on my Mazda Rx-8 recall. The work was great fast and professional. Tim is the reason why the next car I'll buy is a Mazda. I would take my car back there anytime for recall service etc.
Beautiful showroom. Very helpful and professional sales-people. Didn't buy the car this time but I continue to keep Mazda vehicles on my wish list.
Went in for an oil change and car rack install.there was a little confusion and mistep, but the staff, Rami, Rod, and Becka completely made the whole experience the best ever! Can't say more about the courteous service and exceptional response. THANK YOU! I would recommend them anyday!
Very bad service. They not only quote you a higher price but also try to convince you that other dealers are hiding charges and their price is indeed the best in the market. I wasted hours at this place and finally bought my car from a different dealer who was not hungry for business but really cared about it's customers.
No pressure, but lack of service. Spend 3 hours and manager did not have any snacks, or fresh coffee. Decent prices but very slow process.
Salesman was earnest. I want someone like that. As expected sales manager and financer were gaming. But the salesman was 80 percent of the experience. So props to Nick. Finance made me wait for ever. Almost made me want to buy it out instead of waiting
Terrible place I could never think about going back over there super super rude ugly people stay far away Better for you
Went in for my dream car. Sales man was green but amazing and sweet. Manager, not so much. Wanted a Mazda 3 hatchback used and the manager wasn't willing to budge on price. Was told there was no wiggle room. It was selling at over $20k. Needless to say we walked out and a week later same car advertising at 16k. They could have made that sale a week early and out the door at 19k which is what I was asking them to drop down to. Smh. BTW they still have the car if anyone is interested.
