Fremont Urgent Care

The receptionist made me repeat why I was visiting, out loud, in front of the entire waiting room. Very unprofessional. I then was turned away because they don't help with that anymore (even though, they used to, when I went here for it a year ago).

Waited for over 3 hours. You feel sicker by waiting for so long.
However the doctor and staff are really good and very friendly.

Imagine a clinic staffed by employees who have no idea what they’re doing, add in a dash of don't care and you have this clinic. Strongly urge you to go elsewhere if at all possible.

Concentra, highly unprofessional and under trained staff. Wait was too long (we spent more than two hours for a quick regular check) and once my wife was with Doctor, she saw her and then forgot about her to check back for next 30 minutes or so. I am not going back there!

If I could put 0 stars I would! The women at the front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. These women need to find a different profession. They treated me and several patients coming in with no respect as well as I watched them tell several people coming in through that door to consider going to a different office. Doctors please reconsider hiring other women these are the first face patients see I don’t need them to bend over backwards for me but at least be respectful and not talk to me like they are giving me handouts. These women HORRIBLE!

Horrible experience. Receptionist needs to be replaced. VERY unprofessional towards me and my family during check in. Was not able to be seen due to her not wanting to check if my insurance was active or not. Will NOT be returning here ever again.

Bad experience as soon as I walked in the door as I was told the wait was going to be to long an should reconsider my visit, This is my third time coming to this office doctors are great very friendly an extremely knowledgeable!
But it’s always the girls at the front desk that are very rude an unprofessional as if they are doing you a favor, or your asking for a hand out
After waiting for over a hr I was told my insurance was inactive.
I showed them on carpenters trust fund website my insurance is active an I was told they didn’t have time to call them an I would have to do that myself. I called my insurance in less than 2 mins I spoke to a representative they told me my insurance is fully active.
I recommend this office hiring receptionist that actually want to do there job an not people that only come to work 8hrs

I arrived for a fitness exam. The entire operation was completely smooth and the staff were friendly.

AWFUL SERVICE! First I call in to ask about how busy their office was and I was told “very slow”. Receptionist is the worst I have experienced in a while, insanely rude and short tempered and was not willing to help me or others be seen as UGRENTLY as they promote “Fremont Urgent Care”. I will never bring myself nor any of my loved ones here unless you want to wait till it’s too late. She had information about my visit tossed around loosely and my doctor was told I had left the premises after waiting over 55 mins (which I didn’t leave at all) instead I was patiently pacing around the parking lot waiting for someone to tell me something about when I would be seen. Paid nearly $200 to wait 1hr+ for a 2 minute visit. Save yourself money and time and go somewhere professional.

Even though in great pain and difficulty walking, the people at Fremont's Urgent Care were very caring and helpful to get me the medical treatment and the information needed to diagnose the problem I am dealing with! I especially loved the helper in x-rays that assisted me in getting on the high table.that was dicey; but with his assistance he made it easy and even enjoyed his manner and made me laugh!

I have visited Veronica Caballero Fremont Urgent Care, excellent care of patience and experience at site. Customer service were good.

I got there in a time of the day when there was little staff, so I ended up taking quite a long time from my arrival until my leaving, but considering the few staff available, I would say they were all very professional and efficient. There is a lot of paperwork too. It was a good experience, though.

Very poor management specially the front desk lady was very rude and even did not greet, I don’t recommend to anyone!

By far, the most comprehensive new employee physical that I have ever experienced! Staff were wonderful, physical questionnaire & screeenings very thorough, and process painless!

I drive to Fremont urgent care all the way from Brentwood. The service is great, in and out, and none of the standard hassles of the emergency room or even other urgent care. I've been a patient for years and will be for many more.

Dr. John and his team are the absolute best at taking care of people, and helping you when you feel down.
It is hardly any wonder why so many locals and companies choose Fremont Urgent Care for their provider, we are so lucky to have Dr. Giddens in Fremont! Thank you Doctor Giddens.

If I time the visit right, I don't wait too long. The staff is wonderful. Not surprised they are busy all the time. Highly recoomend.
