Do you want to work with a company that can't manage simple things like out-of-office email replies or call backs? Do you want to be told to wait an hour or more in a line just to hand a piece of paper with your measurements on it to a person and be told the order will take a few weeks? This is your hole.

The individuals working there are nice, but I'm not there to shop for smiles. Companies like this make it glaringly obvious that they're largely contract-funded, as opposed to having to compete and perform for their business. Hopefully some of those contract renewals are up soon. I'm sure there's alternatives eager to perform for their money.

After they got Vertx, it is my new favorite store. Attendant was legendary give that man a raise!

I'm not sure how Covid has impacted Galls, but we dropped our uniforms February 2nd. When we dropped off the uniforms, the gentleman in the front desk would send us a email confirmation of receipt. He did failed to send it when we came back a week later and told us he forgot to do so. Today is February 22nd and there has not been no communication on completing the name embroidery on the uniforms. I call location three times and there is no one who who answers the phone for any customer service.

Brother is a police officer and recommended the location but will seek elsewhere when it comes name embroideries next time.

As a long-standing private security professional (over 20+ years), there is no place better, and closer to me, that I frequent. I have been coming here for A LONG, LONG time, for boots, gear, and anything else law-enforcement or private security related. I was just in there, today, March 3,2021, picking up a generic security polo for a new assignment I just started. Their prices are reasonable, but their selection is just as good as when they were in their previous establishment on Kansas Ave.

For those unfamiliar, it's new location is tricky to get into, however. If you're heading N/B (northbound) on Iowa, get into the center divide IMMEDIATELY after you cross the railroad tracks, then turn left into the building complex. They share that front-facing building with another company, so the best thing to do is pass the building, and make two lefts around it. That'll put you at Galls' front (and only) doors. For those of you heading S/B on Iowa, just turn right before you hit the R/R tracks closest to Spruce St. (NOTE: I don't normally come from that direction, but, if memory serves, I believe there are two sets of R/R tracks, so you'll have to cross the first one, to get to the second one).

This place really took care of me when it came to my uniforms. It was nice to have such reassurance and prompt service. Matt really took care of everything and went above and beyond what I could have asked for. This is most definitely my go to place now. Thanks.

Went there to purchase pants for my new security guard job and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They hav everything you can need for security guard and police wear.pants shoes belts hats shirts flashlights and u can get fitted for vests n the same place.ah.will defntly be back fo them boots that caught my eye.yaaasssss

I want to love this place. I feel like all the employees are really good, they do the best they can with their workload. I always feel like if we have to wait so long they should hire a couple more people.

Slowest and worst service. Extremely long wait times and terrible selection. Took a week to sew on two uniform patches. Had to wait for two hours to get fitted for a vest. They have several large contracts and only one person doing any fitting. Still waiting on a jacket from December as well. This place has continually gone downhill over the years.

I called and asked if they did alterations on new uniforms that were recently purchased. The guy/employee on the phone was rude and said, “Nope”. I tried asking more questions but he refused to answer. It’s unknown if COVID-19 was a factor in the “no alterations” or the employees are just lazy.

On FEBRUARY 6,2020, I ordered four uniforms. On February 19th, I received a text notification that four pants and two shirts were ready for pick up. So far, so good. I was informed the remaining two shirts would be ready soon. On MARCH 23rd, I contacted Galls sales staff to find out why I haven't received the rest of my order and he apologized, admitting my ORDER GOT LOST IN THE SHUFFLE. While on the phone, he said he pulled two shirts off the rack and would put a rush on them, and they would be READY BY MARCH 26th. AS OF MARCH 28th, STILL NO SHIRTS! UPDATE: MONDAY, APRIL 6,2020, I FINALLY RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THE REST OF MY ORDER IS READY FOR PICK UP. (TWO FULL MONTHS!)

Remember when this place was good? I've been a customer of Galls for 31+ years in FS, LE, EMS, security. When Galls took over Long Beach Uniform in Riverside I thought best of both worlds. It was, until the business moved. No stock in the dingy store, no help, can't see what you oogled over from the catalog, poor customer service and treatment. Galls Kentucky.secret shop Riverside. Make changes or Amazon will do you in.

The customer service was INCREDIBLE! The manager is truly there to help customers and get what they need done right, quick, and super affordable. I had some patches to sew on, and they did it right there while i waited even though it was right @ closing time! Excellent excellent excellent service.

I'am happy with the customer satisfaction. Specially with the person who helped me out very attentive Randall Thank You Again. Excellence!

Service sucks! Waste of time! I would advise ordering online. How in the world these guys got law enforcement contracts!

Friendly, thorough and professional staff. It took a bit of time, but when it was my turn I felt well taken care of. Worth the wait.

Either extremely slow or they just ignore customers. After needing to sign in to be helped with what appeared to be about three or four customers in the store, I stood around for thirty minutes and decided to leave. My money will go elsewhere.

The selection of boots are lacking, and I think adding an EMS section with medical supplies, pants and shirts would bring a lot of EMS personnel into the store.
