Received free hemming for pants bought online. Received patches for a uniform shirt I bought previously. Expedited same day sewing on both. Looks like their inventory quantity control is getting better as I browsed the store while waiting. I will continue to shop here!

Decent service while in the store. Long waits when attempting to call the store to inquire about an order. Maybe understaffed.

This place is a joke there selection is small they have to order 99% of everything you need and the employees are lackluster and couldn’t give a d*m if you buy or leave! When this store was on Kansas they had twice as much equipment and uniforms than they carry now and the staff that they had was great. So much for customer service. I’ll get my stuff on line and give my money to someone else. Don’t waste you time going to Gall’s in Riverside.

Service was good but they have nothing in stock. Everything has to be ordered. Takes one a week. They’ve gone down hill.

Horrible service I have to go back three times and I finally told them I will never go back, so they ship it at work. If we only have a choice this will not be the place, do your self a favor find a better uniform company if you have a chance.

I have been shopping at Gall's for over 2 decades (back when they were still Inland Uniform) and there's no other place I choose to do business. They have an excellent selection of gear, at very decent prices, and I can find what I'm looking for relatively easy. The salespeople are also very friendly and helpful.

I would rate them a negative 5! Horrible customer service. They messed up my order and on top of that they gave me attitude to fix it. They made me wait for over 1 hour to fix my order when they could of just called management to change it immediately.

Galls, was well stocked and the staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were fair. I would definitely go back.

Sucked bad wrong length in pants and twice wrong on the shirts ordered black long sleeve was given gray short sleeve then was given black short sleeves then I was told by Elizabeth I needed my boots to hem my pants or it could not be done rite. But then my savior came and corrected it all with a very pleasant attitude about it all and her name was Crystal Alvarez thank you so much Crystal for your help mind you it wasn't even busy in the store

Terrible service, slow, and rude I would never come here again and I would drive double the distance if i need anything for uniforms just to go somewhere else this place SUCKS!

Honestly, I have never had a problem here. I get my boots, my pants and my shirts here. Just got my patches put on today. The chicks are even cute and nice. What's the problem?

Customer Service is absolutely Terrible, I don't know how they're still in business.refused to take my order over the Phone claiming sales people were busy!

Went to the store on a saturday. Customer service was crap. The girl at the register was less than helpful and suggested I call the 800# and place my order.

The employees at Gals act like they are in Purgatory! In the future, I will avoid this place at all cost!

Customer service is a joke. The woman there have attitudes and hang up on you well you tell them that they have no customer service. I have been going there for over ten years and their service has gotten worse every time. Today was the last straw. I will NEVER shop here again. I think they need to fire all staff and hire new staff.

This company is TERRIBLE! They don't carry all sizes on apparel and it takes them 30 days to receive ONE uniform shirt from their warehouse? But You can order the same shirt on line and receive it in 5 days, WTF? Why do employers contract with this place?

Went in today for a penal code book, asked the cashier if they have any in stock. Lets just say her PERSONAL call was more important then customer services.

I always regret going to galls. The only positive thing is if you only need one thing done (hat for example) they will do it right then and not make you come back. P&P uniforms is around the corner and they have more of a selection.
