I came here cause a guy at american tire depot told me my transmission was slipping so I came here and the guy's looked at my car and told me there was nothing to worry about my car was fine and they was very helpful to bring my stress level down being a single mom with a new Born I could not afford for my car to go out

Brian and Armando are just the BEST guys that I ever have deal since my diet Kia, with is over 3 years ago! Between Wisconsin and California! They do anything that they can and need to do to help you either with your problem (Armando part) or with your purchase or after purchase (Brian part)! But honestly the Sales Manager answers after many many many attempts with a brand new car problems with was purchase from them with no Kia solution it was and it’s being very frustrating, so hard that made me get out of the Store crying today! Just please, make sure if you have an IPhone and planning to buy a kia Niro LXS, and will need a connection with you car play, chose another model or category because Car Play won’t run and Kia doesn’t have the solution for that and they won’t tell you (or maybe will after me attempting so many times)! I mean, I bought a brand new car, witch have done already 2 different problems and the only suggestion that mana get has is wait for Kia, because I now Niro has this problem…. I think is already enough for you guys!

Great place to get a car. Very comfortable and easy going environment. We worked with Javier from start to finish who did everything he could to help get us two vehicles we were looking for. Bought a K5 right off the showroom floor from Kadin and Chris (the dream team). Months later I had a question and they were just as helpful and personable as when I purchased the car. These guys display what great service is all about.

Without a doubt one of the greatest experiences I had buying a car. I was in the market for a car for almost two months and with low inventory it was difficult to find the trim I wanted in the new Kia Stinger. I searched different Kia dealers with no luck. And then I stumbled on Garden Grove Kia, I was hesitant as it was out of my general area and didn't know if the car might have already been sold. I connected with Kadin Espinosa and from the very beginning this guy was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We made an appointment to see the car that following weekend. I met with Kadin the following Saturday, and a Stinger was waiting for me to test drive, instantly fell in love with the car. Even more when I saw the Kia I came to see. Throughout the whole process Kadin was extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision. He went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. Kadin Espinosa is the guy YOU NEED to see, I highly recommend you talk to Kadin at Garden Grove Kia if you are considering buying a new car! Shout to Paul as well! He was helpful throughout the finance portion of it.

Kia is not a honestdealership. They sold a car to an Elderly man with Alzheimer's who should have been in a home. Didn't know what he was signing. I guess anything to make a buck. Horrible place to shop with salesman like that. He swears he didn't sign anything, of he doesn't remember he has Alzheimer's. Will put on Facebook and Instagram and Twitter.

Dont trust them on used cars. Looked at expedition on the lot had obvious signs of front end damage (air dams ripped off and resting on radiator and missing emission stickers on hood). Any decent used car manager should have identified it was in accident even if wasnt reported to car fax as the sales man said many times to claim it hadn't been in accident.

Dan Le helped me breeze through the leasing process of a Kia Soul. He's very thorough and answered all questions and concerns that I have. Highly recommended GG Kia and Dan.

We drove a hour to check out a vehicle from here. I have to say Very nice, very clean dealership. These guys DID push the upsale accessory that was $1500. And that was something the dealer put in. They did not budge. I wish the owners were in I'm sure they wouldn't have let that sale up and leave. We did go in the evening. Maybe it's a different team in the mornings that are willing to work with you.

So after several different people calling me from this dealership about why haven't we close the deal. And after me explaining why on every phone call I got. So my last phone call was from the original salesman "stating" you left a review right I stated yes I did. He stated well the owner was going to sale you the vehicle at the price you wanted. But once the owner saw the review the owner was seconded guessing to sell it to you. "Me ok" he also stated to me.but the owner said if you go back and leave a GOOD review the car is yours with the price you wanted at. I told him why doesn't the owner call me personally on how he or she feels. I did not buy the vehicle I will not buy the vehicle that's not how I condone business. Thank you guys you have taught me alot about car buying. So if can give no stars to zero stars I would.

When I first got to this dealership it felt like this was the place to spent My hard earned money.price was amazing, until we sat down to due the paper work.the upsale was out of control to make up for the amazing online sale. The so called in case your 19 year old kid drives off with your vehicle you can shut it down with your phone so amazing for only the low price of $2,000 more for your sticker price. So after refusing to pay the extra 2K we went from family to we are here to protect our business out of your pocket because we had some vehicle stolen off our lot so we had to put this accessory. I wish I would have gone to this dealership maybe three months ago when all the reviews were five stars but recently I haven't seen anything great about this place

There are poor services. People are not friendly and I called on the phone they charge this amount but when I get there they were charged different amounts more than I expected. I don't know how theirs system works but one thing I know when I got there I feel not comfortable.

Great service center, didn't try to upsell me with things I really don't need for their great warranty.

Great place for service and great place to buy a Kia. Every time I have taken my car in for service, they have given a complimentary car wash.

Worse place to buy car I don't know how they survive twice in an year I tried to give them bussines but they fail to ern my business Kia car pro is good in Carson I bought 2 cars and probably 3 rd one too

I came in for a standard oil change at 9am it's 11: 30am and I'm still waiting for my car when I pulled up there was 5 cars I've now witnessed approximately 15 plus cars come and go and I'm still waiting. But they've helped every young lady that walks in ASAP this is B. S. I won't come back that's for sure.that's the garage it's empty so there's no excuse.

Best car shopping experience of my life. If you're looking for a new or used Kia, this is the place to come. Ask for Mike the manager. He'll always make you feel like you've been his best friend for years. It's too bad more car dealerships aren't like this one.

They were rude and disrespecful they lied to me to get me to come in, i am a USAA customer i don't understand how they would treat military people that served our country like they treated me, i will also be contacting USAA to let them know how there treating military customer.
