Service is bad, you come in and they ignore you, not even (will be right with you). They always try to send you away even for oil change, and they ask customers to give them a good review.

If you want to be ignored and given excuses then this is the place. Went in for a simple fix and it was about 20 min before anyone even acknowledged to see what I was there for. Thought it would be quick since I didnt want to make the drive to Cerritos. I would suggest to rethink coming here since the staff are what youd expect a lemon lot to be.

My mother has her car serviced regularly. She bought her car at Cerritos, but their service was HORRIBLE! She is very satisfied with Kia of Garden Grove.

I went in just to look came back just to Buy. This is a great place to buy a car. They really do appreciate your business. Plus very good quality cars. I would recommend to friends and family.

Scam scam scam. We bought not one but two cars from here. When one started having problems they refused to fix the car even though it had a warranty. Saying "Everything looked fine" I had proof from a auto shop saying what was wrong. Luckily I was able to prove the manager himself wrong that there was something wrong with the engine. It took 3 full days to fix 1 out of the 3 problems. I gave up with the other 2 issues. If I can rate separately. Billy will get 5 stars. Great customer service. Only reason we came back for the other car.

We were traveling to Disney from SFO and, lo and behold, I had a semi-emergency (instrument cluster 'hard' failure). With a quick phone call, they got me in right away to do a quick diagnostic check.
Obviously, you can't fix something like this immediately.you'll need to order the part which takes a few days time that I could not spare, but with the customer service advisor's tech info that they gave me along with answering all my many questions, I was comfortable to proceed on my trip.
I appreciate their time and effort. Kudos to you all. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I are returning customers of Kia of Garden Grove, he purchased a car last year and we just returned for another car for myself today. A big factor in returning to this location has been the excellent customer service provide by Dennis Arellano. Would recommend anyone in the search for a car to come see Dennis for a great deal without the hassle. We will definitely be back!

Allen Blau and Mike Mosier were a absolute pleasure to worked with due to their enthusiasm and level of professionalism. They made me feel like family and although the car buying experience isn't the greatest when it comes down to the financial aspects, I walked out as a happy customer and more than satisfied with my purchase. My next car and any other family/friends will be directed Garden Grove Kia.

Excellent service by Billy Cummings. Billy always responded to all of our multiple questions in a timely manner. He even responded on his day off. My husband had just had back surgery so we were not able to drive out to Garden Grove so Billy offered to drive the car out to us in Palm Desert (2 hrs up & 2 hrs back again) and bring the paperwork. The used Kia Soul looked EXACTLY as Billy described. Actually it even looked better then we had hoped it would.

I wanted a Kia Forte Ex. Agent keep reaching out and texting if i already bought a car so i said not yet still looking. When i finally decided to get the car in a good deal, anither agent called and i found out the car was already sold. While on the same day the first agent was still telling me to come iver to buy the car! And the agent even up to the last minute was texting me that the car is still there! It was another agent who called and says it was sold! The first agent doesn't even have the guts to tell me! Super low ratings even one star they dont deserve! They think all people are stupid and so desperate! I mean for a certified used car only, thats the lowest accomodation they can give you? Maybe if you are a buyer of a new car the treatment will be different!

I have recently purchased a minivan here, Jeff was excellent when I contacted them because of car gurus, I talked to him and I went over the next day which was a Sunday to get the minivan, I have no problem with his service because like I said it was very good, my problem is with the one in the back door who I didn't talk to, so this dealer originally wanted me to pay 355 a month for 72 months and 1.5k down and the car is worth 16k so if you do your math I was going to pay close to 10k above price because of their fees, to make long story short they came down to 310 a month which was still high since I'm still going to pay around 7k above price, the reason I took it is because I was tired of shopping around i would of love buying in John elway in Claremont and even though the payment of $402 for a car of 24k made sense but I could not afford, this is one of the only dealer that actually give you upfront how much the payment and fees are, John elway 's Chrysler in Claremont and that's because they don't work for commission they have salary, so next time somebody comes into Garden Grove Kia don't B. S them and give them the real price since you guys are already making money by buying cheap and selling higher or at the end this dealers with salary will make you disappear.

It's difficult to articulate, but this place looks like a halfway converted tavern, not a car dealership. Paint bucket on the floor, brochures sprinkled about everywhere. Avoid it like the plague. If you are looking for a Kia, they will make you feel like you owe them a favor. Everything is in disarray. They pressure you, lie to you (with a smile), are profoundly clueless about most of the cars on their lot, and play the quintessential "haggle and tug" games to boot. They are a garrison of untrained, unprofessional and gaudy salesmen that hqve absolutely no clue about the products they're selling. This establishment classically delivers the iconic "used car salesmen" stigmatism.

I was quoted a price on a car, and I told them I'd have to think about it and let them know the following day. I came back, and when they knew the leverage was theirs, the cost of the car went up ~$800. I still ended up purchasing the vehicle, because they had the color combination I was after. Kia USA, do yourselves a favor and revamp/overhaul your retailers, it's absolutely hurting your business.

Friendly, but they made an appointment with me AFTER I CLEARLY STATED I drive an EV. I scheduled my day around this appointment. Waste of my time. Now I have to wait a week.
