Even if ordered ahead of time they dont start food until you walk in the door. They also left some food out of my order.

The Chicken was 80% burnt crumbs. There were two pieces of solid chicken and even those were tiny.

I'm not leaving a total trash review because this place as a chain is great. I'd just avoid this location. This was just awful.

One of my preferred spots to eat.fantastic location, clean, and very good service. I recommend this place!

Yesterday night I went to the restaurant with my boyfriend and a friend and we tried to get a table after calling all day and not getting an answer. The website stated that since Monday 3/15 indoor sitting was allowed at this location. We got there at 6pm. They told us that they were still accommodating the table and it wont be ready until 7pm. They wrote my number down and they advised that they will give me a call once the table is ready. I went for a walk and got a call at 6: 51pm stating that the table is ready. I told them that I was walking around and that I would be back in 15 minutes. Once I arrived the manager told me that they were full and they didn't have a table for us. That we could wait 45 minutes for the next table to leave. VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED. I would not recommend going there during this times. The manager told me that the guy who took my information was quite new and that she was sorry but there was no table for us. Go to any other location if possible or try any other korean bbq space. VERY BAD SERVICE! Won't go back.

The meals and service were above our expectations. I really enjoyed the ambience of this restaurant. Amazing restaurant to take my family out for dinner.

My favorite restaurant! Don’t hesitate to try the harami beef, and all other meet they have, wonderful experience by grilling the food yourself on the table! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They let us share one of the 2 person meals between the 3 of us and even gave us extra rice, soup, and Smores. Great service and food was delicious.

Excellent BBQ restaurant. Come here for the happy hour for half priced drinks and great prices for BBQ meats. You will have to BBQ your own food but that's the fun part. They have sets or a la carte but the sets are a better deal. The Fuji set is most economical but the Kobe set offers the premium meats. Each set comes complete with a soups, salads, rice, meats, seafood, and smores for dessert. Highly recommended! Don’t forget to Make reservations online in advance

Delicious, cook-it-yourself Japanese food, with all the usual staples and a dozen different meats to cook. Lots of beers and sake. Crowded, but not loud. Waited 45 min for a table. Parking is not that easy (cannot park on Pico after 4). Friendly, excellent wait staff.

A long wait to be seated, but they took our number and texted us when our table was ready so we didn't have to wait there. The food was perfect.

Fresh food always and the prices are always right. Luv cooking my food, great for groups or solo.

I love this place. Casual and bbq at your table. IT'S ALWAYS HAPPY HOUR! Except for obvi dinner times.
