Dr. Naig and Dr. Arena are the best! They helped me tremendously get my panic attacks under control. And they helped get me off some heavy medication. I think other doctors were just happy to give me prescription - before I knew it there were too many. Feel so much better on fewer meds and love doing therapy. Scheduling and payment have been really easy. THANK YOU!

The Genen group offers a friendly efficient service. The premises is centrally located in WeHo & very easy to access. I'm always able to book appointments with ease.

Dr. Naig was amazing and actually took the time to listen to me and work with me. I was definitely leery to meet with him as I was told he’s a new Doctor, but he’s definitely an amazing Doctor and I can’t recommend him enough. I feel like we came up with a tailor-made plan for me!

This review is specific to one of their psychologists, Melissa Bagwell. I have to say she is a terrible therapist. Totally useless, complete waste of time and money. She doesn't do anything except ask "how's it going? ". She is really bad at her job. Awful!

Cash mill- not real psych's. Recently had a problem, they had no advice and said I should find another doctor. No referral, nothing.

Rescheduled my appt several times. Charged me when I wanted to reschedule.

I'd look elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are not in the business of helping, they are trying to suck as much money as they can out of you. I saw a new doctor, who I was told 'left' a week later. I needed help getting a prescription filled, for a non controlled substance, through my insurance mail order as opposed to the local pharmacy which cost 300% more. I was told I would have to come back in for them to help me. They seemed unsympathetic and smug.

I had a very positive experience. I felt Dr. Gundersen was professional and empathetic. He took the time to understand what I am dealing with and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. This was not my first time seeing a psychiatrist but it was by far the most positive.
I have been going to Genen for a few months now. Working with Dr. Di and Dr. Gundersen has had a positive effect on my life.

Very responsive and professional, excellent staff and doctors who show true sincerity for the well being of their patients! Cannot recommend enough! Dr. Martinez and Dr. Sloninsky are absolutely fantastic!

The location is the office is super convenient for me because I work in West Hollywood. The staff at the desk are very accommodating and kind. I never feel rushed or unheard. Dr. Gundersen has been a great doctor and resource for me.
