Their staff from beginning to end as pleasant as could be considering my situation.
I received quick, compassionate care. The doctor was knowledgeable and respectful. I couldn't ask for better service, oh and parking is validated. Thank you to all the staff!
If I could give it no stars, I would. Terrible service and the doctor that attended my brother (who is 6 years old) was the rudest! DO NOT come to this place, go to your regular doctor or ER SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place should be ashamed for hiring doctors that are PATHETIC! Asking if he was delayed and telling him to wake up, and all ROUGH! DO NOT COME HERE!
Wait is way too long (4 hours) and the doctor seemed inept, but this is the only ucc that is open 24 hours near us. I cringe when I might need to come here.
