25I reserved a full size SUV well in advance through AAA but got a mini van instead. The only explanation I got was they were sold out, I don't see how since they'd called me twice two days earlier to confirm my reservation. I wasn't the only disappointed customer that day as the lady ahead of me had the same issue.

Inside the facility was filthy they also didn't fill tank. When we went back in to ask question about not full they completely ignore us.
Usually I don't write harsh reviews, but I had a really bad experience with this Hetz. I would rather prefer Enterprise, they have always been nice and helpful. Avoid this one if you can. I would give 0 stars if there were any.
Sent me out in a car that i would of been pulled over by the police.and then sent me to another location in the same illegal car to rectify the problem.buyer be ware
