I was checking one car for a week the price was 13k. I called make appointment for drive test and guest what? The day before the appointment the price magically change to 17k. And the explanations was ridiculous. They set the price without the shop certified the vehicle, (why you listed a vehicle if is not ready?) they got many cars with “good prices” but is just a bait.
Don Saechaio, assistant service manager, does a fantastic job. He is genuinely interested in helping customers get the repairs they need on their vehicles and does so with great care, efficiency and courtesy. I have been going to this dealership for maintenance on my van for 16 years so I have worked with a lot of service folk. Don is the best!
Friendly service but super slow. It took 5 hours from when we walked in to leaving with a car.and we had a quote in writing before arriving. The staff were professional and nice, I just wish it could have been a 1.5-2 hour experience vs an entire day.

My experience with Silvia and Jeffrey was about as pleasant as a car buying experience can be. They were both courteous, knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased, and transparent throughout the entire process. It was a bit of a hike for me to get to El Cerrito, but I'd recommend anyone take the extra time to go out there, since my experience was so much better compared to other dealers.
I love Honda of El Cerrito’s service department! I live across the bridge in Marin. I have a Honda dealership just a few minutes from my house but I still prefer to go over the bridge to take my car to Mel. Mel has been my service guy since 2005. He’s the best. I drop off my car and don’t worry about anything. I know my car is in good hands at Honda of El Cerrito.

We needed to get a new car fast as our old car got in an accident. We got a quote from Patricia Corvera online and then Silvia Garcia and her team really helped us close the deal! Financing rates were a little higher than expected, but interest rates have been going up! All things considered, everything went really smoothly and it was a great experience. Thanks again!
I went to El Cerrito Honda today, dealt with Mel S. I had no waiting at all.this man not only took great care as he always has but he also informed me that my car was in need of front brakes.this man works extremely hard to make sure every customer is treated with respect.he always calls me by my last name and does his job with extreme care.this dealership is very lucky to have him.my hats are off to this man.he deserves 10 stars.

I’ve gone to Honda of El Cerrito for all my Honda needs for 15 years now and they have always had the best service and professionalism I have ever experienced. Mel Santiago, my go-to Service Advisor, has always provided excellent service, helpful advice on how to maintain the road life of my cars, and guidance on how to get the most out of my Honda’s. I would absolutely recommend asking for him for any services at Honda.
Came by today around 6pm for possible trade in and looking to test drive the new accord to our surprise NOT 1 salesman on site. I guess they dont want to make a sale.if we decide to make a purchase Concord will get our business not el cerrito. Good one guys!
They offered me 18k for my trade in, which was actually a really good deal, but would only come down 1k on MSRP. I took the night to mull it over. Came back the next day and they changed their offer to 14k for the trade. Typical vulture sales tactics. Replacing two cars in the very near future, not that this dealership will get the benefit of either. Could have had both.
Called in, asking if they have capacity to replace my battery today before one o'clock afternoon, waited a few minutes, and she answered me. Representative is friendly and nice to talk with, communication is clear.
They took advantage of my parents and lack of knowing what they were getting. We went to Toyota One and they gave my parents an amazing deal. We waited 2 hours just to speak with someone here. Bad experience for my family.
