39 I want to give a huge shout out to Ms. Ronelle! I finally got my Hyundai sonata limited that I've been searching for on 7-5-21! I'm so happy!
I've been car shopping since January and I've always had the sales people be very pushy or rushed but Ronelle was such a breathe of fresh air and was super patient with me and not to mention such a positive attitude! If you come to this location I highly recommend Ronelle to assist you, she is amazing! She was also able to help me get a good payment plan that was in my price range, ugh so amazing!
I also want to thank Keith the financer for being patient with me as well. He was very friendly and kind and I appreciate how reassuring he was. I got so frustrated with my car insurance not answering my calls it began to ruin my car buying experience and for a moment I thought I wasn't going to be able to leave with the new car and I was so upset lol
Overall Ronelle and Keith went above and beyond for me and I'm so happy and grateful! Thanks guys I love my car

Individually, all the service persons I dealt with at House of Imports are good, friendly. However, when I had to replace a tire recently for my 2017 E-350, I specifically asked to get the price quote for tire/labor for a specific tire. I was given a price range & told that the price would be confirmed before my service began. It was confirmed for me. My Service Appt email did not include the price. I also called in advance to make sure the tire would be waiting for me as the initial Rep warned that it would take a day to get the tire in stock. So I made the reservation for the following week to make sure the tire would be there for me. When my wife arrived at the appointment to get the tire replaced (I was out-of-town), she was told there was no tire in stock and that she would have to come back the next day - which she did. It was extremely inconvenient & inexcusable in my view. Either House of Imports did not order my tire though I ordered in a week in advance, or it used my tire for another service appointment - not sure what happened. We were just told there wasn't a tire waiting for us. In the future, I wish House of Imports would be transparent about pricing & better ensure parts are ordered in advance of an appointment. Fantastic buying experience! I'm from a different area of the automotive profession which leads me to having experience with all sorts of dealerships in different capacities. I live in Phoenix, Arizona and I'm typically a private party buyer, but HOI had a particular Range Rover that I was looking for, so I reached out and started discussing it. I'm a reasonable, yet particular car enthusiast who of course had technical questions, and they were able to find me all the answers I needed. Within a few days I flew out to buy the vehicle (this was by choice, they did offer to help with shipping). Even with a delayed Friday afternoon flight, they stayed and had the Rover ready and had me wrapped up in a few hours. After the sale I found a few small issues (it wouldn't be a Land Rover without them, HA) and they even made the effort to work with me and make sure everything got remedied so the car was tip-top. Being a pre-owned car, and one out of their native brand, this showed extra well of their efforts. Big thanks to my salesman Cesar, Kevin in finance, and especially thanks to director Jane for her extended service! I speak about these guys to family and friends with high regard and will certainly look to them/HOI in the future!

My service guy is Adam great persona d very profesional. Excellent service, the runners are very respectfully the most important you get treat it the same if you drive a G- Wagon or 300 the service is identical congratulations keep up the good work.

Had to take my 2014 GL450 in for repairs due to door sensors malfunction; the service advisor was Jeff Chung. This was the second time I've worked with Jeff, very nice and helpful guy. House of Import has nice facility, modern building, tons of loaner cars available on demand. Will definitely come back here in the future for further vehicle service.
We bought our first Mercedes (a 2017 GLA-250 CPO vehicle) at a dealership in Nevada during the pre-lockdown days in February. We don't need much of an excuse to visit Las Vegas. House of Imports is closest to our home so they got the first shot at our business, the 20,000 mile "B" service. We have no need to look elsewhere so far. The service tech (Bryan) was perfect, and the service was completed well ahead of the promised time.
Third time bringing the car in and their service records seem to be such a mess they don’t know what service is next. Super irritating to always have to speak to the service manager and the solutions (like a feee tank of gas) were forgotten in the end.
Had an appointment set and confirmed by email today at 7 AM for airbag recall. I arrived on time and was told all the modules were used on the prior date and they had none left. Then he goes on to state they were promised 10 by the manufacturer and none arrived. We have been waiting for over 4 years since we called in to set an appointment. Is it MBZ or is it House of Import feels our vehicle is too old and want to charge for other services to make up for the airbag recall? Was not pleased with todays activities. Hopefully it was an anomaly. Oh by the way, why set an appointment if your going to not honor the recall.
Our service rep Craig did an awesome job at resolving and remedying the poor and unsatisfactory service that both we and our vehicle received the first time around! He went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service! Thank you kindly Craig and keep up the good work!
Bought a used car here and the manager David Kim made false promises that he would get the cosmetics fixed and take care of us. Once we left and came back to get the cosmetics repaired, they said they were only authorized to do half of I expected. Overall they were not honest people and gave me many misleading information. I hate this place and will never recommend anyone.
I have an appointment scheduled ahead of time to bring my truck in. I called to make sure that I would have a car to drive. They didn't have anything for her to drive and I had to wait an hour for a rental car. I'm still going to wait to see if they're going to actually fix what they promised they would fix before I purchase the truck
The service there was great! They helped me picked my dream car and got everything done within that day. I’ve been to 3 different dealerships but this dealership was the only one that got what I wanted!
On Saturday I came in for a service on my CLS, James was the service advisor who took the car in and I requested for my interior back window to be cleaned. When the car was done he checked if my request was done.
That's what I call good customer service.
