Joseph, the service consultant was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient and attentive when I explained the problems my car had. He even showed me how to remedy a window and car key battery problem. I left very satisfied and happy in a very clean car!:)

Colby Shaeffer is an exceptional young man! While he is the utmost professional in knowing his job, he makes you feel as if you were his only customer for that day! He makes sure that the service is done right, answers any question you might have, and knows all about your car, and any upcoming scheduled maintenance. I travel from Pasadena to Buena Park because I Love the individual attention given to me by Colby, and the service I receive each time I go to House of Imports!

The worst customers services I have seen, stopped by this place around 11 am 08/31 to pick up a part, Retail on the right side (when walked in from the entrance) was completely rude, he gave me the part without box and looks cracking, he thought that he could rip me off, absolutely i argued with him then he said that the part will get damaged in 2 weeks anyways lol I dont know what kind dealer is that! Of course I disputed the transaction by amex

My experience with house of imports was outstanding. They were able to work with me in all of my wife’s needs. We leased a E300 from them and they were pleasantly more flexible than any of their other dealers we had communication with. Irwin did his very best to accommodate us with outstanding service. Very easy buying experience. I worked with David Gonzalez (sales & lease consultant), Erwin Artacho (internet sales mgr.) and Mike Atapour (finance). All were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I worked with David over a 48 hour period prior to taking delivery and when I showed up at the dealership, all I had to do was sign contracts (the signing process only took an hour, including a test drive & setting up personal features like driving lights, Bluetooth connection, etc.)

I changed a car and left my sunglasses in my old car. That is very special Burbury one but lost here. They told me it’s not here. I can’t believe this.

The vehicle selection at house of Imports was outstanding. I was able to choose from different styles and colors in my price range. The sales person John was also great and helpful before and after I purchased the vehicle. Kevin Sanchez the sales manager that helped me as well was knowledgeable and great to work with as well. I was in and out of finance quickly. The whole experience was better than I had hoped for and would reccomend House of Imports - Mercedes-Benz to anyone.

I bring my GLS to House of Imports to adjust the door (doors is not align), First time Simon Chen did not want to do it, second time bring it back, see Adam Tashchyan, same thing, he did not want to take the car to repair, both said because this car not purchase at house of import, can not do it. Third time, Adam take the car in, take 4 days and I have to take the uber home and pickup the car. The car still has problem, they did not make it work.
