Currently working on the paperwork to engage in a small claims court civil suit. Not only does the management team of this dealership lie through their teeth about their vehicles, which I won't even get to in this review, they are the most poorly run business I have ever come across in my life. I randomly had my lease cancelled by them and got an email instructing me to bring the car back immediately, and that I would get my trade in and down payment back. After waiting for hours after I had returned my leased vehicle, they tell me that my trade in car was currently, as we spoke, being sanded down and repainted, two full days after the lease has been cancelled by them (for a reason still unknown to me at the time). After four days of back and fourth, and ubering to and from the dealership, I get my trade in back and find several items have been stolen off my car that the salesmen were unable to recoup. I call the general manager to reach a solution as I calmly but firmly leave a voicemail telling him he needs to call me back within two days (this is my second try at reaching him) to remedy this whole ordeal, or I will be taking legal action. He calls me back to immediately cuss me out and hang up, dropping f bombs at me during our 40 second phone call. He was under the grave misconception that I had requested out of this lease and that he did me a favor, when in reality the lease was cancelled days before I ever spoke to him. I even told him this during our initial conversation, where I called to inform him his dealership was being misleading about the mpg, but surprisingly he doesn't seem to listen very well. Never in my life have I left a negative review for a business, but I have never had such a mind-boggling poor experience with a company. Funny thing is, the lease was cancelled because I put too much money down for the lease and the bank said to give my down payment back and redo it, according to Ahsad who i spoke to. If I was told this four days ago with a phone call, I'd be happily in my jeep, even though the dealership did lie 3 times about the gas mileage. Instead I had to scramble myself and send out several calls and emails to find out what to do, and I was told the lease could be reinstated last minute, literally as my ride was already waiting for me. At that point I told them I wanted nothing to do with this dealership. So don't go to this dealership unless you want your property stolen, to be stranded without a car for a week, be unable to go to work, to have your muscle cars value go down due to repainting, and then to get cussed out when you want to ask for your property back, then get your attorney to help you file in small claims court. I will say that the few salesman I dealt with were kind and apologetic, one even offered to pay out of his own pocket for the items that were stolen from my car. Of course, I declined.

And Mike, I see you read these and respond to them. I never want to speak with you again after the way you spoke to me, unless you end up being the person who is sent to represent the dealership in court (no "whole fleet of attornies" there to help you out), or unless it is an apology because you've read the review and realized how severely misinformed about the situation you were. I would've loved to explain this in person if you hadn't cussed me out and then hung up. All I was going to request was a refund for the $70 worth of items missing as well as my uber trips. Now I will be requesting that in addition to my loss of income over the four days I was stranded and could not drive home to work, as well as the devaluing of my car if an appraiser tells me it is worth less due to the aftermarket paint job.

Went all over town before Kyle helped us out! Kyle was super helpful in getting us into the car we wanted. Kyle answered all our questions and would definitely go back when we need another vehicle.

After-sales service is terrible! Trying to get hold of somebody in their sales department for any issues with the car is next to impossible. You get transferred to every department and in the end, you get hanged up on, left feeling frustrated. Beware of this dealership because once you get the car out of the lot, good luck trying to get hold of them for any issues you may have.

I bought my JL wrangler in 2019 at this dealer. They had a great discount back then. I would like to say my Jeep is running strong and I am very happy with it. Sales people were very nice, but they did try to sell me way too much on add ons which made the deal not so good. I walked out and they told me to come back. They dropped the add-ons, but kept trying to sell me the paint protection add on for an extra $1000. The MSRP was 39k, price with add on 32k. So the deal was so good, and they use a good spray for the paint protection, so I took it. At "financing" which really is their best sales guys (at any dealer) they tried to sneak in extended warranty. READ THE CONTRACT. I used their financing to get the discount, but paid it off immediately. Always use the dealer financing, you can pay it off with your own money or C/U financing afterwards peeps. So yeah a bit of bait and switch, and some sketchy tactics like most dealers. But I was able to walk away with a pretty good deal on exactly the Jeep I wanted, and hey, the paint protection is an easy call for an appointment every year and you are done.

I didn't have good experience with this dealer. I walked in for possible purchasing of a jeep, and after spending almost 1,5h, they didn't provide me with a formal quote. I requested follow up, called several times but still didn't get a quote.
Since they're not Interested salling cars!

Terrible service all around, bought a new car here in November 2018, fist off it took them 9hrs to finalize the deal, terrible service from sales and finance department, after having my car for 3weeks the electrical system malfunctions. After 2 weeks of getting my car serviced I finally got it back, then I get on the highway my check engine light came on again. I truly believe they did zero to fix my vehicle. Just a terrible place!

I got a good deal on the base model Ram 1500 Tradesman I was looking for, but I spent WAY TOO much of my valuable time at the dealership. I should have been happy at the time of my new purchase but instead was irratated & couldn't wait to leave. There is no reason it should take 7 hours to purchase a new vehicle. They had a line of customers waiting, but their sales model has you waiting in line from the minute you get there, by design.

My salesman Tom and Jesse in service both deserve 5 stars
The dealership however should get a negative 5
They sold me a car with not one but 2 open recalls that I had to have taken care of before they could process my registration
They didn’t even tell me about this until 2 months after I drove off the lot. They sold me the car mid October but listed the sales date as Nov 1 on my warranty etc. Shady! They also sold me a car with bad tires and refused to help me.
Thankfully Jesse in Service went to bat for me and got the issue of the tires resolved, he was Awesome!
While I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them I would go to Jesse for any service issues. He is kind and courteous and is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

ONE STAR- This dealership sells LIES.
They list their used cars about $2,000 less than their competitors on car sites like True Car and Car Gurus. Here is a screen shot of their web page
so I can highlight their lies. See the pic below.
1st- They state the cars are priced read to move, " *Our vehicles are value priced and move quickly. " (Yes, I see the asterisk.which i will address) Seeming $2,000 dollars cheaper, why not check them out?
2nd- The asterisk, That LISTED PRICE, (the one they do not honor) does not include the dealer installed accessories. Read this passage from their description. "All Pricing and Advertised Prices for any/all vehicles offered for sale does not include dealer installed accessories which can be purchased for an additional cost. "
"which CAN be purchased for an additional cost" - leading you to think it is an OPTION. IT IS NOT. It should read MUST be purchased. I did not want the accessories and they told me that all their used cars have those added to them and can not be removed. I would have to pay for them.
3rd- The added accessories: $179 for nitro in the tires- you are paying for air. I know the benefits of nitro instead of air but you can get all the free nitro you want if you own a set of tires from COSTCO. I did find it funny that during the test drive of the car, the sensors showed low tire pressure in 3 tires. So much for their nitro.
$799 for the alarm system and Phantom footprints (fancy stickers that will allow the police to id the fender they found came from your car). We all know the alarm system- the one that beeps loudly after a motorcycle passes by.
The 3rd accessory is GPS for hundreds of dollars. Let's be Honest, You can put GPS in a 1966 VW with a bluetooth radio and a cell phone.

REMEMBER- these OPTIONs can not be removed or they refuse to remove. Just these 3 added accessories came to a total of $1900. You have to add these to the LISTED PRICE. THE LIE.
When I called them out on it, they literally stated that other dealers do the same thing. I would like to think when dealing with adults, I would not run into the childish reasoning of, "but they are jumping of the bridge".

The really sad thing is, In my research, the cars I were looking at where around 11,500 value and I was ready to pay that. Their GREAT LIE of of 9500.00 fooled me and pulled me in. If they listed them at 11,500 I still would have checked them out because the had 3-4 of the same car that I could look at and compare on 1 lot.
FYI- I am not a person who writes reviews, positive or negative. This is my first review ever. Because I felt that strongly to inform others. It is more of a warning than a review. If anything, if it causes you to read their web page, their descriptions, and question their listings before or while at this dealership, I will be happy.

Absolute best price and service. I traveled 2 hours because my local dodge dealer was almost 3,000$ higher for the same exact car. Well worth a 2 hour drive

Car buying process was pain free and good.

Scheduled oil change/tire rotation took almost 3 hours.not cool.

Not a bad place. Maybe just bad communication sometimes.
