Don’t buy here. Read your “contract” before buying or even running credit. Came in for a $14,000 car and once they brought the contracts they added $4,000 in aftermarkets and accessories. We asked them to take it off and they brought back another contract that showed $1000 in aftermarkets about dropped trade value from $2500 to $500? I asked why and they said because he wanted to. That is so low and being a sales manager myself I do not respect that. Read each line before you buy as they make you think you are paying standard fees but they are not.

The 1 star review stating they advertise one price then sell it thousands higher is absolutely accurate. The advertised price is a lie just like the dealer respone to the other 1 star reviews.

This is not a fake review it is an honest one. This dealership has no integrity. Buyer beware!

The numbers did not make sense when trying to purchase, I did simple math and i was gonna end up paying 75,000 at the end of my term & they said they its due to my apr (6.99) but each monthly payment they would deduct 6.99% also so i would end up paying more than 75,000 at the end of my term. They reel you in with their low prices but have hidden fees + They add on a 4,000 theft protection and gps which i kept trying to opt out for & they "lowered the price to 2000" but kept saying i didnt want it & they said all our cars have to have it. Try another dealer first people.

I have now purchased 5 vehicles there, and was disappointed in this transaction in the new financing policy that you have to use their lender and they are at loan shark rates. Since this was my first used (8 month old Jeep), I was not happy that you receive only one key, and no owners manual. Since it was a HB fleet vehicle, there is no reason not to give 2 keys, other than they probably make $ on the back end supplying "used" key fobs for the refurbishing market.

This dealership was excellent! The staff was great and they made it happen for me. No hassle what so ever!

I purchase I new Jeep Cherokee. We were extremely happy with the service. The sales person was friendly and treated us with respect. We were completely satisfied with the experience at Huntington Beach Jeep.

Painfully slow buying a used car. Expect to spend all day here, pack a lunch and maybe even dinner.

Misleading Advertising, The old days of bait & Switch. Those days are over. They Advertise online the MSRP, & Dealer Discount, Rebate & Sales price. But don't tell you about hidden dealer Prep & Ad on Charges until they get you in the dealership. Read the very fine prints.
Waste of Time.
