Im so mad because i sent in my application SOC 2279 for exemption from the over time hours, back on September 2016, here i thought it was processed, but to my surprise i get a violation. I've been contacting my worker so she can send me a new form to re submit, for the past 2 weeks and no answer, very upset!

If you can have your case change it out of this office they are over worked, And take weeks to call you back. It's so frustrating. I had to leave a message everyday. 2 time a day for a month.

It's like SKID ROW DOWNTOWN LA full of drug addicts Afros selling stuff outside asking for change and cigarettes.

In person everything went quick and everything was handled accordingly. I understand they serve thousands of people, but I dislike that no one cares to answer the phone and/or there rarely any attempts to return a phone call at times. I hope this changes as they grow professionally because they are doing good at a job that it very underappreciated. Thank you!

Whoever is giving them more than 1 star they're lying. They never answer the phone no matter when you call or how long you wait on the phone.

Impossible to reach by phone - from social worker to provider clerks, to supervisors. NOBODY returns the calls, left multiple messages on their machines, nobody picks up the phone, nobody returns the calls. Terrible service!
