Had a great experience with Ruben in the service department after having issues with my AC. The team set me up quickly with a loaner car while they ran tests on my car and let me choose the loaner car of my choice.

Went to Irvine BMW for the first time and the service is awesome! Everyone is very polite and approachable especially my service advisor Ruben! He walked through every detail with me and helped me to resolve my headache without causing any more money. Will definitely return for future services.

Service is okay though not as good as my experience with McKenna further away. It's okay for local service though I cannot rant extreme customer service as I'd like to. It's had hiccups both two visits.
