Not only was Gary great at communicating with me and giving me updates on the status of my car (leaking coolant expansion tank), but also providing me with the easy transportation option of Uber rides to and from the service department. Irvine BMW rocks! Service Advisor Jesse Alter is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to assist me with all of my questions. He was very patient and helpful and took care of all of my vehicle’s needs and my concerns. Your transportation section was also very attetavive and courteous.
