Horrible. I made an appointment today to get my son In for a physical at 6: 30 PM. We got there at 6: 10. A lady came up and said the wait is over an hour. I said I have an appointment. She proceeded to say that there are others before me. My thought is why make an appointment then. I had a few errands to run and was told that they would text me with a time to come back. In the meantime I called another walk in down the street got an appointment for 7: 05 PM and was out in 20 minutes. I will never go back to Woodbridge.

All three of us have been coming to the Woodbridge Family Care Center on Barranca and have always been very happy with the urgent care provided by a kind and caring staff, in person, on the phone and via Zoom. Thank you!

I arrived about 10: 45 a.m. On a Sunday. A caregiver wearing the proper PPE met me outside at the door. Asked why I came. I told her. Asked me to sit on a bench outside the clinic while she brought back equipment to take my vitals. Another person was sitting on the bench on the opposite side of the door much more than 6 feet apart. Since my temperature was normal, Caregiver told me to enter the clinic to take a test and then told me when finished to go to Room 3. I waited for the doctor there, perhaps 20 minutes. Everyone there was protected with the proper PPE and very polite. When doctor came she examined me and prescribed medication. By 11: 30 I was out the door on my way to pick my medicine. I definitely will come back to this clinic if necessary.

Had to wait past my appointment time, but that was ok since they had said times were approximate. Alex did the test. She was friendly and professional. I got my results, both in an email and by phone, in plenty of time for my procedures. All in all, a good experience. Thank you. (Visit was actually in the parking lot.) Jo-Ann D.

Really great place with amazing doctors. You really can’t ask for more here. The sign in at front is a bit annoying- otherwise they save all your information, the doctors are very professional kind and extremely tentative. I am glad this place is near me. Thank you dr. Monfore.

If I could give them 4.5 stars I would! The staff were extremely friendly and caring, which made my Thanksgiving morning that much nicer. The only reason why I’m not giving them 4 stars is because the wait time was a little long. Being patient did pay off because Nancy was super nice, personable, and really talked to me like a friend rather than a patient.

Dr Monfor took great care of me on a SUnday afternoon and spent almost 45 minutes addressing my issue. Very personable and professional office staff. I only wish I could get this level of care from my family doctor!

Terribke customer service. Front desk lady was extremely rude. Not helpful and had an attitude. Did not go put of her way to make sure that customers felt welcomed.

It was really great service and staff was very responsible and took care of my daughter very well.

I was able to make an appointment and was seen promptly. The staff is very friendly and worked with me! (I was on my lunch break and still made it back on time!) It's affordable which was a major plus. Thanks I will definitely see you guys next year!

I took my son to Woodbridge Urgent Care early morning on Saturday. He woke up with a bleeding ear. Staff there were so polite and professional specially Dr. Cathy Cumberland. My son was nervous at first but her pleasant demeanor gave him confidence. She displayed a caring and friendly attitude in our visit to this location. I recommend Woodbrigde and definitely recommend Dr. Cumberland.

The personal at this Urgent Care center were GREAT and We could not have asked for anything more.

The nurse listened to my concerns, examined thoroughly. The wait is minimal. The office is outdated.

This is not a good place to go at All. First only a nurse will see you and secondly she does not know anything. You walk in with soar throat and fever and the facility did not even do the basic strep test. The nurse kept asking did I cover everything? Telling us she herself was not confident enough. My wife came back and remained with fever. It’s a weekend and I will have to take her to a doctor. DO NOT Waist your time and money there!

Great people, great care. The only problem was the 3 hour wait, but being allowed to go home and come back helped tremendously.

Very professional. Nice people. The online appointment was easy. Half an hour before my appointment I received a text to show up, and when I arrived there I just checked in and waited only 5 minutes.

It is so very nice to enter an Urgent Care facility, which is not a happy place to be every single day! Yet everyone who works here is helpful, gentle & patient! About patience.well you’re going to Need it be ready to wait between 2 to 4 hours, if you did not reserve your spot online. It doesn’t guaranty you will be seen at the exact time if there is a patient in a worse situation than you are.

I highly recommend this facility! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The doctors are the best in town, concerned, friendly and a joy. Thanks!
