Irvine Woodbridge Walk-In Urgent Care

Great urgent care! They take care of you like your own primary care! Much improvement since they moved across the parking lot.

The staff (receptionist, nurse, and doctor) was very nice. The wait time to be seen was relatively short because I made an appointment on line. Dr. Monfore was very caring and took an adequate amount of time to examine my husband to determine the cause of his illness and then diagnose the problem. We liked him very much!

We visited the Woodbridge Walke-In Urgent Care because of my mom urgent Urinary tract infection in July 2017. We waited for about three hours to see the doctor, but the doctor forgot to submit the medication prescription to the pharmacy. We could not take the medication immediately. My mom was suffered the infection until next day we got the medication. Furthermore, they have not sent the diagnostic result to the primary doctor until now after two more months of visiting.

The place makes you wait. And after long wait, when your turn comes, you get to know you being looked upon by a practitioner nurse. When asked about the potential disease symptoms, she says.well I would suggest to go to your primary doctor and stuff. Point being how my visit to this clinic is served when all I get to hear is her not so confident reply to my health issue. Rather she tells me to see other doctor. Worst experience.

I'm a physician from out of town and my daughter had an injury. We decided to stop in for an X-ray and the team here is great. I would strongly recommend.

Fastest urgent care visit I've ever experienced on walk-in. Very friendly, professional and organized staff. The doctor was kind and straightforward.

Dr.was very helpful and courteous, as was the rest of the staff from front desk to nursing and other healthcare staff. Location is clean and comfortable. Would recommend to others.
