I needed a new part for my jeep and walked in to the parts counter. They apparently don't have an attendant working the parts department or at least at the desk. You now have to call, which there is a sign posted with the number if you are inquiring about a part. I was roo bothered by this since in the past I have waited some time for a person to come to the desk after ringing the counter bell several times. I called the provided number and spoke to a gentleman right away who was very helpful in locating the specific part I was looking for. After our phone conversation we corresponded by email several times and he was very prompt in his reply. He ordered the part that I needed without Hassel and was pleasant to deal with.

Had a great experience at this dealership. Our salesman Dante was extremely knowledgeable and really knows his trucks! Would highly recommend!

They lie to get you there. Sales managers are very rude. They even disclosed my credit info to the entire showroom (which I’m considering hiring an attorney) and then after knowing they screwed up they tried to fix it playing good guy/ badguy with another manager apologizing for other managers actions. So I Asked to Speak to general manager Gerald Gonzales but was told by managers and several staff that you can’t talk to him (he was in his office) unless you have appointment wow. So I Left him several voicemails and emails and nothing. Very disappointed and feel humiliated by this dealership. Read reviews I’m not the only one.

We played the game, went dealership to dealership. We got beat up on pricing and negotiations and would end up leaving every dealership without a vehicle. We gave up and started shopping private party, until we came across the perfect truck and it was at Jack Powell. We drove their and couldn’t be happier we did. They Won! The experience at Jack Powell CDJR was far better than all the other dealerships we had visited. They were honest, easy to work with and listened and took care of our needs. Doug Downey was a pleasure to work with, sad he is retiring as I would love to buy another vehicle from him. Doug could have gone home at the end of our deal, but he stayed and made sure I knew the truck inside and out before I left. He took care of the us far beyond our expectations. That in itself should give you an idea of the kind of service you will receive when you visit Jack Powell CDJR. Go check them out!

Nothing against the staff but the business practice of charging someone over 150$ just to look at a problem with there car and if your solution doesn't work recharging that same person over 150$ to look at it agian is proposterous. Should be free the second time if your first solution didnt work and you ended up costing the owner of said car hundreds if not thousands in fixing a part that may or may not have needed fixing.

Hey the staff is on top they were up front about everything and let me know my options, darn they are setting the standard here! I just got to get my credit score back up to an 817 its down to 475 which makes it difficult to get something I need let alone something I want!

Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler. Process was seamless start to finish. Began with an internet inquiry, salesman Jose Calvillo setup a VIP appointment. Deal was closed quickly. Most importantly I got the vehicle I wanted and at a price that was fair and affordable.

The service that I received was pretty spectacular, especially when compared to other dealerships that I have experienced in the past. The salesman, Nick, was friendly, professional, and answered my questions quickly whether through text or email. I never felt pressured into any deal and I have to admit that it was a fairly pleasant experience. Ask for Nick Cucinella becuase he'll take care of you and you won't be disappointed!

The staff was friendly and kind. It was easy to make an appointment. I got an incredible rental, and my Jeep Grand Cherokee is fixed. Thank you!
I would have given them a five star but both rental car and my returned car were not washed (maybe their conserving water?) Also the rental car had chip crumbs in the back seat. Otherwise I would have given them five stars.

When servicing vehicles a wash would be nice, and shows that you really care about your customers. My wifes chevy suburban when serviced always gets a courtesy wash from Weseloh Chevrolet. I would imagine when dropping a 60k 2018 Ram 2500 off for sevice and warranty work that when i pick it up the outside would be cleaned.

This is a great dealership. Starting with the first day they made the buying experience very easy.
The service bay everyone I have come in contact with have been very nice with excellent customer service. By far the best dealership to date for me!

Slow slow slow. I've been there twice now, and both times have waited a very long time to even get my truck checked in and find out how long the service should take. Other than that, service after it was checked in was fast and decently priced. Folks were very polite as well.

Omar was awesome! Gave it to me straight from the get go. I showed up without an appointment for an oil change. They were able to fit in the recalls that my Pacifica also needed completed.

I came in for an oil change and got in and out in 30 minutes. Not bad for a cummins synthetic job. Jason in service was fast at getting my write up done and the dealership always seems to satisfy.

This is my first time using Jack Powell Chrysler service department. The customer service when I made the appointment over the phone was excellent in the service that was provided when I got there was great as well I would recommend them

I have purchased two jeeps here and it was a smooth and painless process. Also had my car serviced many times and the process gets better every time I go. I got a tow hitch put on today and they drove me home and picked me up from my house with an Uber! When I showed up my Jeep was ready for pickup and washed for me! Great service!

Went in on a Saturday for our first service and waited a reasonable amount of time in the waiting room, also free coffee. Was quite comfortable and satisfied with the service and rep.
