Their service department is excellent with a professional and customer friendly staff. Especially Omar, who was my service representative, is a knowledgeable and excellent member of the Jack Powell team, who made sure all my and my truck's needs, were taken care of promptly and professionally.

Place has a small play area for toddlers with movies available while we got our oil change. Was surprised by the car wash as that was a nice touch. Customer service was friendly, professional and they didn’t push for anything that I didn’t need which was a nice change. The only downside was that it took a little while to get an oil change, but I did decline the car rental option. I would come here again
