JCPenney, West Covina CA

I went to the West Covina store. Visited the women's shoe dept. (as a last resort) and the men's dept. The store had no zip, no zap or zing! Boring, lack luster and very limited selections in comparison to other locations!

2nd floor entrance closed from the parking garage. No signs before the stairs and ramp. Not good for elderly and disabled like my mom. And no elevator close by. Please do better!

The customer service is above and beyond what I expected. There is a salesman named Sean that helps me find exactly what I want and does it with a great attitude.

So I went to jcpenneys in West Covina and was very disappointed. I walked in and forgot my mask the lady tells me I can't enter without my mask and she will not help me until I get my mask so I go out and get my mask from my car I reentered to the same cashier who is now helping a white woman without a mask I asked why and was ignored so I walked out. I will not be shopping there again

This store doesn't have enough anti covid19 measures.
I don't see sanitizing gel dispensers, for exmple in the entrance after touch the handle for open the door

Typical, over-priced, unfriendly and MORE over-priced. I can certainly understand why these places are going COMPLETELY out of business!

Fair selection of products but little consumer help. Wanted to buy some luggage but could not find salesfloor help. Will buy online instead.

Went in for a new mattress and Jennifer was excellent! She was both knowledgeable and courteous. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The service was great a young lady named Andrea was a lot of help she helped me find the right size jeans very happy

The associate who help me check out really went out of her way to get me the lowest saving I could get. Ty bc this time of the yr every dollar saved helps.

Nice place to shop in a hurry. But I like to take my time. Looking for good quality and prices.

Hate that Nike and Adidas don't have medium and large only XL 2xl and when o was looking for those size they did not have it

Are you kidding me? The West Covina J. C Pennies Mall Store no longer carries Rebock Tennis Shoes. They cater to the Hispanic Illegal Alien Culture. Penny's like Sear's Will be gone everything comes from overseas Chinese junk clothing. Five sizes smaller because Chinese are small. Americans are bigger. Good Luck when your buying Levi's from China! They should just close the store they ruined there reputation.

Yes excellent staff helped me and my niece in children's dept I'm so sorry I forgot her name but she helped us find Mickey Mouse rolling backpack

My only issue with this store is the lack of cashiers.has it come to this? How much does the CEO make to only leave 4 cashiers for such a big store.just sayin

Kids area needs to be organized and cleaned up, i can never find anything for my daughter here.

Store is a mess. Went shopping for my granddaughters. They have racks of girls clothes from size 4 - 16 all mixed together. I don't know who is managing this store, but I am very disappointed. I use to love to shop here not anymore. I gave up and put down what I had in my hands and walked out. They need to get organized and sort their merchandise according to sizes.

I browsed through their men’s clothing & shoe clearance & jeez with those prices I can totally see why their going out business. I’ve found a few things I’ve bought at ross for about $5 less than their clearance prices lol

They have great sales but good luck finding any help. I needed help with a dress shirt. Stood around for over 20 minutes and no help whatsoever. Went to express and I was in and out within 15 minutes
