29Prices are a little too high but sometimes there are some sales. Cashiers could be a little nicer and not be so rude all the time.
Very helpful staff. Lady at the jewelry counter let us know that they don't do piercing but that Piercing Pagoda had the best value.
The women's dressing room is disgusting. The walls are dirty & there is always this dirty chair in there that has stains all over it. It's like they don't even care.
Messy. Items thrown around on tables. Shoes all over the place.

With my experience today, I believe that JCP really needs to re-focus on customer service in this store. There needs to be cross-training for employees to have the skills to help out when customers are waiting or when sales associates need support. Phone is also ringing and interrupting the only available sales associate while several stock employees could probably assist easier. Where is the teamwork? Customer service?
It was eh.wasn't really going to look at department store beds at all. But my sister was buying clothes. Typical department store layout. Decent selection.fast talking used car salesman type guy. The typical. Prices were high.unable to comparison shop because. AGAIN.none of the names match any other store.
I call and no one answers, I call back to and I get hung up on, the store is super unorganized compare to other Jcpenny better off going to Acadia or Montebello
If you are Ok with visiting this JC Penny, and do the shopping without getting or asking for help, you should visit this location. But if you expect to get help from someone who really try to help you, you should get very lucky to find it here. We found good things here, but we found them all by our self since the staff here just don’t like to help.
As far as the store it's always well stocked and clean customer service is great, but their delivery is seriously flawed. Every time I've ordered online for home delivery, packages are damaged.always I'm so tired of that I'm taking my online business else where. I'm paying for shipping I should have it in tack.
