I bought a TV console and something else from here after looking everywhere for something affordable/good quality and I'm very excited about it. Everyone here is super helpful. Thank you to Jay for showing me around and for being so friendly, and to Reza for helping me purchase and set up delivery. Will definitely be back in the future!

Deliver guys were horrible, have to remind them to wear shoe covers? Come on, that is common sense during this period, so rude have to keep asking them to be careful. Will review later on furniture as we are having issues with the delivered items, customer service was awesome when we were shopping, but will see how the customer service will be shortly. For now giving 1 start due to slow action from store management. Will also post pictures of bad quality furniture we have received if we are not satisfied with the service

We had been needing a new bed for quite some time, but really never took the next step until we spent a few nights at a friends house in Lake Tahoe. It was after those "great sleep" nights, that we realized what we were missing, and that we needed to make a change. We gave the bed a few nights, and then I needed to know where she bought the bed. She told us she bought it at Jerome's. We live in Irvine, Ca, and there is a Jerome's in Laguna Hills, not too far from our house. We arrived mid morning, and were immediately greeted by a young woman asking how we were doing, and what she could help us with. After the greeting, she guided us to the bed section of the store, and introduced us to Jay Abeyta, mentioning that he had just received his certification for selling the beds. This young man was well versed in every single aspect of each bed on the showroom floor. He was polite, friendly, and very professional in his approach as a salesman. Did not pressure us at all, and gave us plenty of his time as needed. We were fortunate to not have anybody else in the bed section, so we could have all of Jay's attention. He described each aspect of each bed we were interested in, and gave us the opportunity to go home and digest everything, and return a few days later with our decision. We went back to the store when Jay was back from his days off, and sealed the deal. With all the information that Jay had given us, we were quite confident that the Copper II bed we were purchasing, fit our needs and desires perfectly.after 3 nights, my husband and I can both say, our sleepless nights are a thing of the past.well done Jerome's, and job well done, Jay Abeyta

We were looking for a mattress and George was very helpful in picking out the right one for us. Overall a great experience. Ask for George if you go!

I purchased a beautiful square table. Absolutely love it. Can easily fit 12 people. I purchased the matching bench for this table today and super excited it will be available for me to pick up on Monday. Great group of sales people there. Always friendly and never pushy.

Abe was our sales person at Jerome’s today. He is very nice and helpful. It was a pleasant experience.

Im mad that i can't call the number given, and just find out store hours.i called one number and it took me straight to someones VM and then it said VM full.then the other number directed me to choices, but all i wanted was store hours, and that was not a choice.uhg.the salesman, ABE was very nice, handled our transaction quickly, i just could not believe how much a new mattress was.man. 1900.00 wow.way to much.i wish i could get free delivery!

A bit too pricey, found similar furniture online and in other stores with better deals, always good to shop around. Three stars because they were nice.

We were helped by our sales person Charles in selecting an exceptional sectional. He explained the construction of the seat cushions, fabrics and extended warranty much to our satisfaction. We were able to get a new 2019 model coffee table right from show room floor with the help of the store manager Shawn. I will be doing my future business at this Jerome’s location. Excellent staff and great selection at an affordable price. “6 Star” rating.

Excellent service. Patricia was very knowledgeable of the product and loved the fact she didn’t push me to get something I was not interested in. I will definitely let my family n friends know about you guys and Patricia.

Great service, a little pushy as all places I have been for furniture and bed sets! Happiest I could be as living spaces offered the same couch at a higher price so Jerome’s has better prices guaranteed on the Harper set! As well was able to customize our couch verse living spaces not being able to and charging higher price! They have amazing bed sets as well which we also went with!
