Buying our new sofa was so easy! We were assisted by two sales associates (one stepped in for the other because he was also helping someone else) and both Alex and Jeremy were super helpful. This is our second purchase from Jerome’s and I am sure we will be back again!

Salesmen acted as if I was really putting him out to answer my questions, etc. Truly, I was the easiest sale ever. Oh, still have not gotten a call tonight to schedule my delivery tomorrow as promised!

It is unfortunate that I have to leave such a negative review, as our experience with the sales people in the Laguna Hills store were so helpful. Unfortunately, the follow through and customer service was some of the worst I have ever seen.

Bought a couch that was not the same as the show room model. It was hard and uncomfortable. I was unable to return it and I am stuck with a truly uncomfortable sofa. Horrible experience.

Went in to look at beds, the salesperson was Devyn. She was very helpful and took the time to find the right bed for me. If your looking for a bed ask for Devyn she knows her business. Stella

Cashiers always seems so miserable, either upset, looks upset when you approach then to pay then go figure? Money? Who looks mad to get paid.
There are nice employees on the floors some are rude but the nice ones makes up for that.
But beware of the cashiers.this is my 3rd time buying there and my declined time with a rude check out lady.
Train your cashiers to smile and be pleasant to your customers!
